Abstract(s)
O presente documento representa o trabalho realizado no âmbito do Estágio Curricular do Mestrado em Património, Artes e Turismo Cultural, que teve lugar no novo polo de arte contemporânea, localizado na zona oriental da cidade do Porto, hoje conhecido como Casa São Roque – Centro de Arte.
O trabalho prático incidiu sobre assistir a equipa de trabalho durante o funcionamento do espaço, quando aberto ao público. Para além disso, foi desenvolvido um estudo sobre os diferentes métodos de marketing e publicidade geralmente utilizados por outras instituições similares e, posteriormente, procedeu-se a um levantamento de informação acerca do plano de comunicação, os métodos de divulgação e as estratégias publicitárias utilizadas pela equipa da CSR.
No que ao relatório de estágio diz respeito, é feita uma descrição pormenorizada de todas as atividades desempenhadas, após isso, é analisada a história da CSR, conhecida no passado como Palacete Ramos Pinto, assumindo no presente o papel de centro de arte contemporânea. No último capítulo é sintetizada toda a informação acerca de métodos de publicidade e divulgação no geral em centros de arte e em especifico na CSR.
The present document represents the work carried out within the Curricular Internship of the Master’s Degree in Heritage, Arts and Cultural Tourism, which took place in the new pole of contemporary art, located in the eastern part of the city of Porto, now known as Casa São Roque – Centro de Arte. The pratical work was focused on assisting the work team during the functioning of the space, when open to the public. In addition, a study was developed on the different marketing and advertising methods generally used by other similar institutions and later on an information gathering about the communication plan was proceeded, dissemination methods and advertising strategies used by the CSR team. As far as the internship report is concerned, a detailed description is made of all the activities carried out, after which the history of CSR, once known as Palacete Ramos Pinto, is analyzed, taking on the role of contemporary art center in the present. The last chapter summarizes all the information about publicity and dissemination methods in general in art centers and specifically in CSR.
