Esta dissertação constitui uma ferramenta que permite estabelecer, desenvolver e
melhorar a eficiência da implantação das empresas francesas em Senegal cujos desafios
são de ordem económica, social e ética. Deve-se ter em mente o objetivo de reduzir os
problemas de comunicação e as incompreensões oriundas das diferenças culturais. A
dissertação é composta de um estudo teórico e prático em que utilizamos uma abordagem
multidisciplinar nos campos da antropologia, da sociologia e dos estudos interculturais.
This dissertation is a tool allowing to establish, develop and improve the implementation efficiency of French companies in Senegal whose challenges are economic-social and ethical. We should have in mind the goal to reduce the communication issues and the misunderstanding arising from the cultural differences. The dissertation is composed by a theoretical and practical study in which we adopted an approach in many fields such as anthropology, sociology and intercultural studies.
