O presente projeto de intervenção tem como objetivo a elaboração de um modelo teórico
para a criação de uma plataforma de Outplacement, destinada a apoiar trabalhadores em
processo de transição de carreira. A investigação assenta na revisão da literatura sobre o
conceito de Outplacement, a sua evolução histórica, os benefícios para colaboradores e
organizações e a análise do Modelo Integrado de Outplacement, que constitui a base
metodológica deste trabalho.
Complementarmente, foi explorado o uso da Inteligência Artificial na gestão de recursos
humanos e no Outplacement, de modo a identificar o seu potencial para personalizar
percursos de reintegração profissional, apoiar a tomada de decisão e melhorar a
experiência do utilizador. O projeto contempla ainda a análise de práticas e estudos
relevantes que permitem contextualizar a pertinência da proposta no mercado atual.
Embora não tenha sido excutada uma intervenção prática, o projeto desenvolve os
fundamentos teóricos e a configuração conceptual de uma solução digital que visa
responder às necessidades emergentes no apoio à reintegração profissional. Esta
abordagem procura contribuir para o desenvolvimento de práticas de Outplacement mais
eficazes e adaptadas à realidade contemporânea, marcada por processos de transformação
organizacional e digital. Além disso, a proposta foi submetida à validação por
especialistas na área, cuja análise permitiu reforçar a coerência, pertinência e
aplicabilidade do modelo desenvolvido.
This intervention project aims to develop a theoretical model for the creation of an Outplacement platform designed to support workers in career transition. The research is based on a review of the literature on the concept of Outplacement, its historical evolution, the benefits for individuals and organizations, and an analysis of the Integrated Outplacement Model, which forms the methodological basis of this work. In addition, the use of Artificial Intelligence in human resource management and outplacement was explored in order to identify its potential to personalise professional reintegration pathways, support decision-making and improve the user experience. The project also includes an analysis of relevant practices and studies that allow the relevance of the proposal to be contextualised in the current market. Although no practical intervention was carried out, the project develops the theoretical foundations and conceptual configuration of a digital solution that aims to respond to emerging needs in supporting professional reintegration. This approach seeks to contribute to the development of more effective Outplacement practices adapted to the contemporary reality, marked by processes of organisational and digital transformation. In addition, the proposal was submitted for validation by experts in the field, whose analysis reinforced the consistency, relevance and applicability of the model developed.
