Abstract(s)
Este trabalho acadêmico tem por objetivo analisar a gestão de risco em projetos e sua aplicabilidade no setor da construção. O trabalho foi dividido em pesquisa bibliográfica, descrição de normativas, boas práticas e ferramentas pertinentes ao tema, criação de um procedimento para gerenciar os riscos no setor da construção e aplicação deste procedimento em um estudo de caso. Utilizou-se dos princípios estabelecidos pelo Project Management Institute e pela Organização Internacional de Normalização (ISO), com foco nos documentos: Project Management Body of Knowledge e ISO 31000. Este trabalho identificou diversos riscos existentes na construção e concluí que o gerenciamento dos riscos é uma ferramenta que contribuí para redução de custos das construções, melhora e garantia da qualidade executada e redução de acidentes de diversas naturezas sendo imprescindível para um processo de gestão de projetos. As recomendações futuras direcionam para uma maior necessidade de explorar o tema de gestão de riscos no setor da construção, principalmente em matéria de registro de informação e tecnologia.
This paper aims to analyze the risk management on projects and their applicability in the construction sector. The paper is structured into reference research, guidelines description, best practices and relevant tools to the theme, creation of a procedure for managing the risks in the construction sector and application of this procedure in a case study. Using the principles established by the Project Management Institute and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), focusing on documents: Project Management Body of Knowledge and ISO 31000.
