dc.description.abstractO presente relatório descreve o percurso concretizado no estágio curricular realizado no âmbito da conclusão do mestrado de Direção Hoteleira da ESHT - IPP, executado ao longo de seis meses, compreendidos entre janeiro e julho de 2019, na empresa HILODI – Historic Lodges & Discoveries, S.A.. Além desta colaboração curricular prática, foi promovida uma investigação que pretendia dar resposta ao tema selecionado e aos objetivos que foram propostos na fase inicial do plano de trabalhos. A investigação referida teve por base a realização de um trabalho empírico importante para tirar conclusões sobre o tema, sobre os objetivos e sobre as opiniões dos entrevistados, todos eles pertencentes a quadros superiores da empresa. Este relatório contempla a contextualização do grupo onde se insere a empresa que me acolheu. São posteriormente descritas as tarefas desempenhadas como Project Management Assistant e apresentada toda a equipa que está a desenvolver o Projeto World of Wine. No final do relatório, surgem as conclusões retiradas, onde se confrontam os objetivos definidos no início do estágio com a avaliação de toda a sua evolução e crescimento, tanto no plano pessoal como profissional.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractThis report describes the progress made in the curricular internship carried out within the scope of the completion of the master's degree in Hotel Management at ESHT - IPP, over six months, from January to July 2019, at HILODI - Historic Lodges & Discoveries, S.A.. In addition to this practical curricular collaboration, an investigation was promoted in order to respond to the selected subject and the objectives that were proposed in the initial phase of the work plan. The investigation referred to was based on the performance of an important empirical work to draw conclusions on the subject, on the objectives and on the opinions of people who were interviewed, all of whom belonged to senior management of the company. This report contemplates the framing of the group in which the company that welcomed me is inserted. The tasks performed as Project Management Assistant are subsequently described and the entire team that has been developing the World of Wine Project is unveiled. At the end of the report, the conclusions are gathered, where the objectives defined at the beginning of the internship are compared with the assessment of all their evolution and growth, both at a personal and professional level.pt_PT
