O presente relatório apresenta os resultados obtidos no âmbito do estágio curricular realizado para a conclusão do mestrado em Marketing Digital. O estágio foi realizado numa agência de comunicação e publicidade, a Bazooka, desde 24 de fevereiro até 8 de maio de 2025 e teve a duração total de 400 horas.
A realização do estágio teve como principal objetivo aplicar os conhecimentos adquiridos durante o mestrado, assim como testá-los numa vertente prática. As principais atividades realizadas passaram pela elaboração de relatórios, análises e previsões, assim como pelo desenvolvimento de um plano de marketing digital para um cliente da agência.
Ao participar num ambiente de trabalho que envolve as mais diversas vertentes do marketing digital, assim como clientes de vários setores de atividade, tive a oportunidade de desenvolver competências essenciais para o meu futuro profissional. Permitiu-me o aperfeiçoamento de técnicas de marketing digital, análises de desempenho, planeamento estratégico e, além disso, o desenvolvimento de soft skills como a comunicação, a gestão de tempo e o trabalho em equipa. Os benefícios demonstraram-se mútuos para a agência, sendo que a minha presença enquanto estagiária permitiu uma agilização das tarefas, o acompanhamento mais detalhado dos resultados e uma nova perspectiva na análise dos mesmos.
This report presents the results obtained within the scope of the curricular internship carried out as part of the completion of the Master’s degree in Digital Marketing. The internship took place at a communication and advertising agency, Bazooka, from Febuary 24 to May 8, 2025, with a total duration of 400 hours. The main objective of the internship was to apply the knowledge acquired throughout the Master’s degree and to test it in a practical context. The main tasks carried out included preparing reports, conducting analyses and forecasts, as well as the developement of a digital marketing plan for one of the agency’s clients. By taking part in a work environment that encompassed multiple areas of digital marketing and involved clients from various sectors, I had the opportunity to develop essential skills for my future professional career in this field. This experience allowed me to improve my digital marketing techniques, performance analysis and strategic planning, while also enhancing soft skills such as communication, time management, and teamwork. The benefits proved to be mutual for the agency, as my presence as an intern contributed to a more efficient workflow, more detailed monitoring of results, and a fresh perspective on their analysis.
