Em contexto de conclusão do mestrado em Marketing Digital no Instituto Superior de
Contabilidade e Administração do Porto (ISCAP), foi redigido este relatório que visa
enumerar e explicar as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio curricular realizado no
estúdio Ricardo Daniel. Este teve a duração de 400 horas, cumpridas entre o dia 17 de
outubro de 2023 e 26 de março de 2024.
Durante o período que estagiei no estúdio tive a oportunidade de pôr em prática os
conhecimentos que fui adquirindo ao longo do meu percurso académico. As áreas do
marketing digital nas quais me foquei foram a criação de conteúdo, planeamento e gestão de
redes sociais, copywriting e otimização para motores de busca (SEO).
Ao longo do período do estágio foram conseguidos resultados bastante positivos em várias
vertentes. A navegabilidade do website e a sua otimização para motores de busca foram
substancialmente melhorados. Por outro lado, houve uma maior taxa de aquisição de
clientes, com o estúdio a participar em mais projetos e de maior dimensão do que em
períodos anteriores.
Este relatório demonstra um bom exemplo de como as empresas do setor B2B não só devem
colocar esforço nos projetos em que estão inseridos, mas também trabalhar ativamente no
seu próprio marketing.
Este estágio constituiu uma excelente oportunidade para aprofundar variados conhecimentos
que vão ser, indiscutivelmente, úteis no meu futuro profissional.
In the context of completing my master’s degree in Digital Marketing at the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto (ISCAP), this report aims to enumerate and explain the activities undertaken during the curricular internship at the Ricardo Daniel studio. This internship lasted for 400 hours and was completed between October 17, 2023, and March 26, 2024. During the period I interned at the studio, I had the opportunity to put into practice the knowledge I acquired throughout my academic journey. The areas of digital marketing I focused on the most were content creation, social media planning and management, copywriting, and search engine optimization (SEO). Over the course of the internship, very positive results were achieved in several areas. The navigability of the website and its optimization for search engines were substantially improved. On the other hand, there was a higher rate of client acquisition, with the studio participating in more and larger projects than in previous periods. This report demonstrates a good example of how companies in the B2B sector must not only put effort into the projects they are involved in, but also actively work on their own marketing. This internship provided an excellent opportunity to deepen various skills that will undoubtedly be useful in my professional future.
