Face Ć forte competitividade dos mercados, devido Ć globalização e Ć
conjuntura atual, as empresas na qual se encontra a GRUPNOR, sentem uma
necessidade permanente de rentabilizar a sua produção, quer otimizando os recursos
atravƩs de uma maior produtividade versus controlo de custos.
A implementação de ferramentas LEAN apresenta-se como um importante
modelo de gestĆ£o cujo objetivo Ć© criar valor, eliminando todos os desperdĆcios de
modo a envolver a empresa numa cultura de melhoria contĆnua e orientação para o
cliente.
O projeto tem como objetivo reduzir os tempos de paragem, evitar trabalhos
de āemergĆŖnciaā, eliminar as movimentaƧƵes e transportes desnecessĆ”rios e
sobretudo organizar os postos de trabalho de forma a proporcionar melhorar as
condições ao operador, através da implementação de algumas metodologias
adjacentes ao paradigma do LEAN Thinking.
O presente relatório focaliza-se na implementação da metodologia dos 5S e
de um mƩtodo de controlo de stocks em diversas secƧƵes do departamento de
produção da empresa supracitada, com o intuito de melhorar o sistema produtivo.
à ainda documentado, com uma breve apresentação, como surgiu LEAN e
quais os seus principais princĆpios. De forma a enriquecer a revisĆ£o bibliogrĆ”fica, surgiu
a necessidade de descrever os mƩtodos e ferramentas essenciais ao bom
funcionamento da filosofia em questão, dando especial destaque aos 5S.
Para um maior envolvimento de todos os profissionais foi realizado um
inquérito com a finalidade de avaliar o sistema produtivo, após a implementação das
medidas corretoras e o impacto delas resultante.
The market is increasingly competitive, and given the current situation, GRUPNOR feels the need to improve their production processes, mainly to produce more with fewer resources, faster and efficiently. The implementation of LEAN tools presents itself as an important management model whose objective is to create value by eliminating all waste in order to involve the company in a culture of continuous improvement and customer orientation. The project aims to reduce downtime, to avoid "emergency" works, to eliminate unnecessary movements and transports, by organizing the jobs in order to provide better conditions to the operator, through the implementation of some methodologies adjacent to the LEAN Thinking paradigm. This report focuses on the implementation of the 5S methodology and Stock Control System into different sections of the production department of GRUPNOR, with the aim of improving the production system. It is also documented with a short presentation, how LEAN and its main principles emerged. In order to enrich the literature review, arose the need to describe the methods and tools that are essential to the proper functioning of this philosophical question, with particular attention to 5S. In order to add value to the work, it was carried out a survey to all the employees involved in the state of the production system assessment, after the required measures have been implemented to achieve an improvement, as well as assessing their perception of this situation.
