A presente dissertação insere-se no âmbito da Unidade Curricular Prática de Ensino Supervisionada, integrada no plano de estudos do Mestrado em Ensino de Música da Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espetáculo do Porto.
Este documento está estruturado em três capítulos, sendo que o primeiro é referente à Observação da Prática Musical, o segundo incide sobre a Prática de Ensino Supervisionada e por fim, o terceiro e último capítulo centra-se no Projeto de Investigação.
O principal objetivo desta investigação incidiu sobre um problema técnico da prática da trompa. Esse problema prende-se com o registo grave da trompa, onde acontece uma quebra entre o registo médio e o registo grave. Pretendeu-se contribuir com um maior leque de conhecimentos sobre o tema, tendo sido desenvolvidos dois estudos especificamente escritos para trabalhar esta problemática.
This dissertation is part of the Curricular Unit Practice of Supervised Teaching, integrated in the study plan of the master’s degree in Music Teaching of the Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espetáculo of Porto. The main goal of this investigation is focused on a technical problem in the practice of the French horn. This problem is related to the low register of the horn, where a break occurs between the medium range and the low range. It was intended to contribute with more knowledge on the subject, developing two studies specifically written to work on this problem.
