| dc.description.abstract | Com o projeto intitulada Elaboração e Avaliação de Projetos de Investimento pretende-se materializar um sonho do presente aluno num plano de negócio. Este plano tornará todos os elementos ligados ao projeto visíveis, possibilitando a avaliação do impacto das diferentes variáveis na avaliação económico-financeira. A ideia de negócio contempla a criação de uma empresa produtora de arte e mobiliário de luxo, que se distingue pelo design e pela aplicação de GFRC. Começou-se por caracterizar e construir a ideia de negócio, apresentando-se o projeto e os objetivos gerais da organização. Com o intuito de delinear uma estratégia para que todos os objetivos fossem cumpridos, elaborou-se uma análise estratégica externa e interna com recurso a ferramentas tais como a análise PEST, as cinco forças de Porter e a análise SWOT, com vista a determinar o posicionamento que os promotores do projeto deveriam adotar para atingir o sucesso. Elaborou-se uma análise de mercado a nível global, na qual ilustrou-se a evolução e comportamento dos diferentes consumidores, mercados e concorrentes-alvo, permitindo, assim, delinear uma estratégia de marketing ajustada à ideia de negócio e estabelecer a previsão de vendas neste mercado tão singular que é o mercado do luxo. Adicionalmente, desenvolveu-se o Estudo Técnico para determinar todos os recursos necessários para operacionalizar o projeto, nomeadamente: Investimento, CMVMC, FSE e Gastos com Pessoal. Com a elaboração do Plano de Negócio, atingiu-se o objetivo principal da presente dissertação em dar resposta a questões relacionadas com a viabilidade económica e financeira do projeto, procurando desta forma impulsionar a economia do país e o estatuto da arte e do mobiliário português. Por último, recorreu-se à aplicação de indicadores de avaliação de projetos de investimento em que se evidencia o VAL, a TIR e o Payback. Com os resultados obtidos concluiu-se que o projeto é economicamente e financeiramente viável, apresentando um VAL igual a 888.768 €, uma TIR de 57,42% e o Payback não ultrapassa os três anos. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This project entitled as elaboration and assessment of investment projects intend to materialize a dream of the present student in a business plan. This plan will make visible all elements linked to the project, making it possible to evaluate the impact of the different variables in the economic-financial evaluation. The business idea contemplates the creation of a company producing luxury art and furniture, distinguished by the design and application of GFRC. First, the business idea is characterized and constructed, presenting the project and the general objectives of the organization. To outline a strategy for all objectives to be met, an external and internal strategic analysis was developed using tools such as PEST analysis, Porter's five forces and SWOT analysis to determine the position that project promoters should adopt to achieve success. A global market analysis was developed in which the evolution and behavior of the different consumers, markets and target competitors was illustrated, allowing a marketing strategy adjusted to the business idea and establishing of the forecast for sales in this unique market as the luxury market. Additionally, a technical study was developed to determine all the resources needed to operationalize the project, namely: cost of goods sold and materials consumed, external service supplies and employee remuneration. With the elaboration of the business plan, the main objective of the present dissertation was reached in providing an answer to questions related to the economic and financial viability of the project, seeking in this way to boost the economy of the country and the status of Portuguese art and furniture. Finally, an application of indicators of assessment of investment projects was used that highlights the NPV, IRR and payback. With the results obtained it is concluded that the project is economically and financially viable with an NPV of € 888,768, an IRR of 57.42% and a maximum payback of three years. | pt_PT |
