Abstract(s)
“Está tudo a ganhar cor!” dá nome ao presente Relatório de Estágio construído no âmbito da
unidade curricular de Prática de Ensino Supervisionada, inserida no plano de estudos do Mestrado
em Ensino do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico e de Matemática e Ciências Naturais no 2º Ciclo do Ensino
Básico. Com este documento pretende-se apresentar o trabalho realizado pela mestranda nos
contextos educativos onde decorreu a Prática de Ensino Supervisionada, tendo sempre em
consideração as múltiplas experiências, aprendizagens, desafios, emoções e reflexões que
concorreram para o seu desenvolvimento e a formação pessoal e profissional.
Durante o percurso, assente nas fases da metodologia de investigação – ação (observação,
planificação, ação e reflexão), foi implícita a adoção, pela mestranda, de uma atitude crítica,
criativa, reflexiva, mediadora e investigativa. Como tal, a leitura e análise de referentes teóricos
(didáticos e metodológicos, mas também científicos das componentes curriculares de ensino) e
legais assumiram-se essenciais para a prática educativa e inerente reflexão construtiva, rigorosa
e fundamentada. Ademais, o conhecimento aprofundado das turmas, de 1º e 6º anos de
escolaridade, permitiu pensar e projetar situações de aprendizagem e intervenções com
significado, bem como elaborar um projeto de investigação adequado às particularidades da
turma de 1º ano.
De enaltecer a colaboração sistemática - não só com o par pedagógico, mas com as
professoras cooperantes, os professores supervisores e restantes membros da comunidade
escolar e educativa - que possibilitou o desenho de um caminho em que a melhoria da qualidade
do ensino era a meta, assim como a construção gradual da identidade docente da mestranda.
"It's all turning colour!" is the name of this Internship Report, produced as part of the Supervised Teaching Practice course, which is part of the Master's Degree in Teaching Primary Education and Mathematics and Natural Sciences in Secondary Education. The aim of this document is to present the work carried out by the Master's student in the educational contexts where the Supervised Teaching Practice took place, always taking into account the multiple experiences, learning, challenges, emotions and reflections that contributed to the Master's student's personal and professional development and training. During the course, based on the phases of the action research methodology: observation, planning, action and reflection, the adoption of a critical, creative, reflective, mediating and investigative attitude was implicit. As such, reading and analysing theoretical (didactic and methodological, but also scientific references to the curricular components of teaching) and legal references was essential for educational practice and the inherent constructive, rigorous and grounded reflection. In addition, the in-depth knowledge of the 1st and 6th grade classes made it possible to think about and design meaningful learning situations and interventions, as well as drawing up a research project suited to the particularities of the 1st grade class. The systematic collaboration - not only with the teaching partner, but also with the cooperating teachers, the supervising teachers and other members of the school and educational community - made it possible to design a path in which improving the quality of teaching was the goal, as same as the gradual construction of the master's student's teaching identity.
