Abstract(s)
Globalization has imposed changes in the competitive environment and has led to a huge transformation in recruitment. The digital age, in addition to the way of doing business, has led to a social change that is characterized, among other aspects, by making available a series of personal and professional information online, ease of information collection by both companies and professionals, easy and agile contact despite the geographical distance. The HR professional is required to master new technologies, as well as the best recruitment techniques. It is up to these professionals the challenge of identifying the ones that will make the most sense to use. In view of these events, sourcing and its evolution over time appear. This project presents an intervention in the scope of the sourcing process, implemented in the Hosting Entity of the Project (EAP), the company Bosch Car Multimedia Portugal, SA The theoretical and empirical analyses allowed to identify sourcing as a technical potentiality for the recruitment and selection process technological profiles, so a sourcing guide has been developed with two strategic objectives: (1) ensuring the integration of all sourcing procedures in any single document for any professional recruiter from Bosch Car Multimedia Portugal SA and (2) guaranteeing a document structurally uniform to other documents from Bosch Car Multimedia Portugal SA Having established the purpose of providing the company with sourcing skills for technological profiles, it was decided that the pilot implementation would be carried out in two most common profiles at Bosch Car Multimedia Portugal, SA The results showed that the script is useful and, as expected, in the case of more difficult profiles to obtain in the market, its use allows the success in filling these vacancies. With this project we used the scattered theoretical information, and tested its applicability, thus contributing to add to the academy an empirical work based on and adapted from the one used and the need to adapt the theoretical concepts. This project also contributes to the HR community, sharing in a structured way an innovative and relatively little-known activity (which the dominant does not disclose) and of great value in the market, sourcing. These data highlight the relevance of this project and the advantage that the company has acquired with its correct implementation.
