| dc.description.abstract | O turismo tem apresentado um grande crescimento economico mundial, principalmente na vertente da hotelaria. Atualmente, há uma enorme variedade de oferta a nivel de unidades hoteleiras, desde hoteis de charme aos mais económicos. Portugal, nao foi uma exceção neste crescimento, superando mesmo a melhor das expectativas, sendo considerado o melhor destino turístico do mundo, pelo World Travel Awards, nos últimos dois anos, recebendo tambem distinçoes em algumas cidades do país pelo seu nivel de qualidade e oferta. O projeto de trabalho que se segue estuda o alojamento local, especificamente na região Porto e Norte, no que concerne a sua implementação e desenvolvimento. As motivações para esta temática surgiram porque o alojamento local e cada vez mais a escolha preferencial dos turistas que visitam Portugal, nomeadamente na cidade do Porto, eleita três vezes consecutivas “O Melhor Destino Europeu” e pela pouca ou quase nula informaçao de estudo e análise do sector a nível científico, economico, social e ambiental. Com o desenvolvimento deste trabalho, pretende-se a concretização de um documento tecnico que vise apresentar todos os processos necessarios para a criação de um alojamento local, assim como apresentar alguns conselhos e informações a quem pretende investir neste negocio. Este manual pretende responder a todos as dúvidas que os empreendedores ou futuros empreendedores tenham relativamente ao inicio a sua atividade. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Tourism has shown great growth in the world economy, mainly in the hospitality sector. Nowadays, there is a vast variety of hotel units, from charming hotels to more economic ones Portugal was no exception in this growth, overcoming even the biggest expectations, being considered the best tourist destination in the world, by the World Travel Awards over the last years, and also receiving accolades in some of the country”s cities by their level of quality and what they have to offer. The investigation project that follovvs intends to study the impact of local housing, specifically in the Porto and Northern region. The motivation behind this theme emerged due to local housing being increasingly the preferred tourist choice when visiting Portugal, mainly the city of Porto (Which chosen three times in a row as “The Best European Destination”) and by the small, or barely existing, study and analysis of the sector”s scientific, economic, social and environmental information. With the writing of this thesis, the intention is to create a technical document that aims to present all the necessary processes for the creation of local housing. This manual intends to answer all the questions that entrepreneurs or future entrepreneurs may have regarding the start of this activity. | pt_PT |
