Abstract(s)
A análise documental, análise bibliográfica e participação
Todavia, a escala permitiu a
realidade estudada.
The training of public servants has become an instrument of great prominence for the development of Brazilian public institutions. In this context, this work has the general objective of analyzing the impact of the training and qualification program for the employees of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rondônia (IFRO) in relation to motivation and professional performance. This research was conducted in a Brazilian technical and higher education institution. Several methodological approaches have been combined. The documentary analysis, bibliographic analysis and direct participation of the researcher was complemented with the application of a questionnaire, built from scales validity by other studies. The sample consisted of 323 workers at the institution. The exploratory factor analysis allowed us to conclude that the MSA coefficient was quite satisfactory (0.903), indicating a good explanatory power of the data from the factors found. In addition, the scale allowed the assessment of motivations, which was divided into 6 factors, which means that the 23 questions about motivation are grouped into 6 main components that explain 63.995% of the studied reality.
