Abstract(s)
Este trabalho visa contribuir para a melhoria de um departamento Comercial e
de Revenue. Nesse sentido, foi realizado um estágio de 6 meses no Grupo Hoteleiro JASE
Hotels & Resorts. Inicialmente, é feita uma revisão de literatura sobre a definição de
Revenue Management, um sistema de Revenue Managementde um Hotel e o processo
de Revenue Management. Seguidamente, aborda-se cada um dos hotéis do grupo
hoteleiro onde decorreu o Estágio, descrevendo as suas características, apontando os
seus concorrentes e fazendo uma analise SWOT. Posteriormente, é desenvolvida uma
descrição das tarefas realizadas durante o estágio, culminando numa proposta de
medidas de melhoria que passam por: pacotes para o Porto e Douro, utilização de
técnicas de overbooking num dos hotéis, introdução de tarifas corporate, um novo PMS
e um foco na receita total dos hotéis.

Then an approach to each of the hotels in the chain was made, describing their characteristics, pointing out their competitors and doing a SWOT analysis. Following is a description of the tasks performed during the internship and a final proposal of improvement measures such as: packages for Porto and Douro, the use of overbooking techniques in one of the hotels, the introduction of corporate rates, a new PMS and a focus on the total revenue of the hotels.
