| dc.description.abstract | O relatório apresentado visa a reflexão e descrição do percurso de formação inicial nos níveis de Educação Pré-Escolar e 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, destacando com extrema relevância a formação e coconstrução completa e sustentada da área da docência. Com vista à sustentação de todo o percurso traçado associamos a pedagogia à metodologia de Investigação-Ação, permitindo que o ato de agir da docência se baseie em princípios de observação, reflexão, planificação e avaliação. A criança é vista como o centro da sua aprendizagem e do seu conhecimento, motivando e enaltecendo o desenvolvimento holístico da mesma. Deste modo, o adulto apresenta-se como um mediador ativo de todo o seu processo motivando os conceitos de colaboração e cooperação nas respetivas valências, defendidos pelas perspetivas sócioconstrutivistas e metodologias ativas. Evidencia-se, ainda, uma articulação entre a teoria e a prática, preservando as distintas áreas do saber e suas especificidades, mobilizando conceitos e temáticas que contribuíram para o desenvolvimento integral da criança. Tanto o percurso desenvolvido na Prática Educativa Supervisionada, como o relatório de estágio levaram à promoção do desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional enquanto futura docente, capacitada com um perfil duplo de aprendizagens e motivações, com aptidão para transformar práticas educativas, assim como a construção da identidade docente, tendo em consideração os interesses e as necessidades da criança, sempre como elemento central da prática. No mesmo documento, apresentam-se todos os referentes teórico-legais que serviram de pesquisa e complemento de toda a formação da mestranda, mobilizando saberes que permitiram desenvolver aprendizagens articuladas e flexíveis, perspetivando a construção de novos saberes. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The presented report aims at reflecting on and describing the course of initial training in Pre-School Education and 1st Cycle of Basic Education, emphasizing with extreme religion the formation and complete and sustained co-construction of the area of teaching. With a view to sustaining the entire path outlined, we associate pedagogy with the Research-Action methodology, allowing the teaching act to be based on principles of observation, reflection, planning and evaluation. The child is seen as the center of their learning and knowledge, motivating and enhancing their holistic development. In this way, the adult presents himself as an active mediator of his entire process, motivating the concepts of collaboration and cooperation in their respective valences, defended by socio-constructivist perspectives and active methodologies. There is also evidence of an articulation between theory and practice, preserving the different areas of knowledge and their specificities, mobilizing concepts and themes that express the integral development of the child. Both the course developed in the Supervised Educational Practice and the internship report led to the promotion of personal and professional development as a future teacher, trained with a double profile of learning and motivations, with a passage to transform educational practices, as well as the construction of the teaching identity, taking into account the tastes, interests and needs of the child, always as a central element of the practice. In the same document, I present all the theoretical and legal references that served as research and complement the entire training of the master's student, mobilizing knowledge that allows the development of articulated and flexible learning, with a view to the construction of new knowledge. | pt_PT |
