Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho debruça-se sobre duas diferentes metodologias fotográficas, a fotografia sequencial e a cronofotografia. Nele abordam-se questões sobre a história da fotografia refletindo sobre a época em que estes processos fotográficos surgiram e porque se desenvolveram, fazendo referências ao cinema e às implicações destas técnicas fotográficas no seu surgimento. Tenta-se a reflexão sobre as fotografias realizadas no séc. XIX e a análise de outros exemplos contemporâneos que evidenciam originalidade.
Insere-se no projeto a abordagem de um tema relevante do ponto de vista pessoal: o abraço, refletindo e analisando tanto a ação performativa de um abraço, como o modo como diferentes estratégias na fotografia, sequencial, e na cronofotografia permitem uma melhor análise desta ação, e como se pode atualmente realizar um trabalho fotográfico autoral que cumpra, usando técnicas antigas, intenções contemporâneas.
The following work focuses on two different photographic methodologies, sequential photography and chronophotography. It also addresses historical issues reflecting why these photographic processes emerged and developed until then, including making references to cinema and its emergence. Both 19th century and contemporary references are highlighted. From here, is reflected and analy zed a subject of personal interest to the author, the idea of a hug. Here, we reflect and analyse both the performativity of a hug, as well as how photography, sequential, and chronophotography, allow a better analysis of this action, and how an authorial photographic work can be carried out from this.
