Abstract(s)
A unidade curricular optada para conclusão do Mestrado em Gestão das Organizações –
Ramo Gestão Pública foi o estágio e teve como objetivos principais a aplicação dos
conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do curso académico e a preparação para o mercado
de trabalho. O estágio realizou-se na divisão de Contabilidade da Câmara Municipal de
Gondomar durante um período de 400 horas.
No presente relatório são explicadas as atividades exercidas durante o período de estágio,
o seu impacto na contabilidade e a nível pessoal e profissional assim como é dado a
conhecer a entidade acolhedora do estágio e o município a que pertence. Também é
explicada uma das normas contabilísticas essenciais relacionadas com a Contabilidade de
Gestão.
O estágio proporcionou a oportunidade de aplicar conhecimentos contabilísticos ao longo
da formação académica e de explorar ferramentas como o Excel e os programas
informáticos da Contabilidade.
As tarefas realizadas têm um papel importante para a preparação da Demonstração dos
Resultados por Funções a ser incluído na prestação de contas do Município de Gondomar.
Com o ataque informático ocorrido no final de setembro foi possível participar na
resolução deste problema ao realizar outras tarefas para além das de vertente da
Contabilidade de Gestão e compreender o processo adotado pela autarquia na resolução
do problema instaurado.
The curricular unit chosen to complete the Master's Degree in Organizational Management - Public Management Branch was the internship and its main objectives were to apply the knowledge acquired during the academic course and to prepare for the job market. The internship took place in the Accounting division of Gondomar Town Hall over a period of 400 hours. This report explains the activities carried out during the internship period, their impact on accounting and on a personal and professional level, as well as explaining the organization that hosted the internship and the municipality to which it belongs. One of the essential accounting standards related to management accounting is also explained. The internship provided the opportunity to apply accounting knowledge acquired during my academic training and to explore tools such as Excel and accounting software. The tasks carried out play an important role in the preparation of the Income Statement by Function to be included in the accounts of the Municipality of Gondomar. With the computer attack at the end of September, it was possible to take part in resolving this problem by carrying out tasks other than those relating to Management Accounting and understanding the process adopted by the municipality in resolving the problem.
