Abstract(s)
No âmbito do ciclo de estudos do Mestrado em Marketing Digital, o presente relatório tem como finalidade descrever as tarefas desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio curricular no Departamento de Estratégia e Gestão de Cliente da Mush Agency, sediada na Avenida da Boavista, na cidade do Porto.
Durante o período de 400h compreendido entre 5 de fevereiro e 17 de abril de 2024, desempenhei uma multiplicidade de funções centradas na pesquisa e análise de mercado, na criação de planos estratégicos mensais e agendamento de conteúdos valiosos para as plataformas de redes sociais dos clientes (Instagram, Facebook e LinkedIn), na redação de artigos de temáticas atuais a publicar no blogue, no desenvolvimento de newsletters e de formulários de satisfação.
Colaborei também na realização de campanhas publicitárias online, na gestão de websites em plataformas de distinto modo de operação, em sessões multimédia e na análise crítica de métricas para a mensuração de desempenhos, entre outras atividades tal-qualmente relevantes no campo do marketing digital, que serão posteriormente pormenorizadamente descritas e comprovadas.
Este estágio representou uma oportunidade valiosa para a compreensão abrangente do mercado de trabalho e para a aplicação dos conhecimentos teóricos apreendidos nas unidades curriculares. Possibilitou ainda a integração numa dinâmica organizacional autêntica e desafiadora, reforçando a importância do papel das agências na estrutura e fortalecimento de relações sólidas das empresas com a sua base de clientes para o sucesso empresarial.
As part of the Master’s programme in Digital Marketing, the purpose of this report is to describe the taks carried out during the internship in the Marketing and Strategy Department of the Mush Agency, based in Avenida da Boavista, in the city of Porto. During the 400-hour period between 5 February and 17 April 2024, I carried out a multitude os tasks centred on market research and analysis, creating monthly strategic plans and scheduling valuable content for clients’ social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn), writing articles on current topics to be published on the blog, developing newsletters and satisfaction forms. I have also worked on online advertising campaigns, website management on different operating platforms, multimedia sessions and the critical analysis of metrics to measure performance, among other activities that are equally relevant in the field of digital marketing, which will be described and proven in detail later. This internship represented a valuable opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the labour market and to apply the theoretical knowledge learned in the course units. It also made it possible to integrate into an authentic and challenging organisational dynamic, reinforcing the importance of the role of agencies in structuring and strengthening solid relationships between companies and their client base for business sucess.
