No contexto industrial, a indústria automóvel é essencial para o crescimento económico, sendo a produção de componentes um dos destaques que será abordado ao longo deste trabalho. Esta dissertação foi desenvolvida na empresa Ficocables durante o período de estágio a pedidos da equipa da logística interna, que teve por base em coletar dados internos de todo o processo de fabrico, para ter em conta todo o tipo de classificação de perdas de produção da linha de produção chamada C519. Os cabos de abertura de porta são cabos mecânicos que são desenvolvidos para estabelecer o funcionamento da porta ao ser acionado pelo manípulo, podendo ser feita pelo exterior e pelo interior. Estes cabos são denominados por cabos exteriores e cabos interiores. Neste estudo, serão explícitos os passos de fabrico, como são produzidos, tendo em conta as suas características e particularidades de acordo com cada a referência, até a produção final de um cabo de porta. Após a coleta de dados internos, os mesmos foram analisados e descritos de acordo com a literatura Lean Manufacturing e através de ferramentas da Qualidade. E para a análise da eficácia da produção, estes dados serão explorados através do indicador OEE por meio de cálculos de custos das perdas associadas a linha do C519, que faz se essencial para desenvolver melhorias ao serem aplicados. Do presente estudo, foi possível concluir que a Ficocables tem perdas expressivas em vários setores, no que diz respeito ao processo de fabrico até a entrega ao cliente. Foram necessárias mudanças no produto em complemento a exigência do cliente Brose. Face a pandemia, as melhorias sugeridas neste trabalho não foram aplicadas, sendo sugeridas para um trabalho futuro.
In the industrial context, the automotive industry is essential for economic growth, and the production of components is one of the highlights that will be addressed throughout this work. This dissertation was developed in the company Ficocables during the internship period at the request of the internal logistics team, which was based on collecting internal data of the entire manufacturing process, to take into account all kinds of production losses classification of the production line called C519. Door opening cables are mechanical cables that are developed to establish the operation of the door when activated by the handle and can be done from the outside and from the inside. These cables are called exterior and interior cables. In this study, the manufacturing steps will be explicit, as they are produced, taking into account their characteristics and particularities according to each reference, until the final production of a door cable. After collecting internal data, they were analyzed and described according to Lean Manufacturing literature and through Quality tools. And for the analysis of production efficiency, these data will be explored through the OEE indicator through cost calculations of losses associated with the C519 line, which is essential to develop improvements when applied. From this study, it was possible to conclude that Ficocables has significant losses in several sectors, with regard to the manufacturing process until delivery to the customer. Changes in the product were necessary to complement the customer's requirement Brose. In face of the pandemic, the improvements suggested in this work were not applied, being suggested for future work.
