Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio serve o propósito de descrever e analisar o
percurso de formação efetuado pela mestranda no decorrer da sua prática
pedagógica e percurso académico. Neste sentido, ao longo do relatório serão
abordados os referenciais teóricos e legais que sustentaram a prática da
mestranda bem como a sua evolução ao nível dos processos educativos
relativos à metodologia de investigação-ação utilizada na formação inicial.
Inerentes à construção da identidade profissional, estes processos educativos,
entre os quais estão a observação, a planificação, a ação e a reflexão, revelamse,
assim, essenciais para o processo de formação da mestranda. Estes
processos contribuíram também para que esta adquirisse competências a nível
crítico e reflexivo, sendo capaz de realizar uma boa e fundamentada prática
pedagógica.
Importa ainda salientar que a construção da identidade profissional do
educador não é finalizada com a formação inicial mas é construída ao longo da
vida, carecendo sempre de formação contínua para que o educador se
evidencie como um bom profissional.
The purpose of this intership report is to describe and analyze the formation path made by the graduate student during her educational practice and academic route. In this sense, throughout the report, the theorical and legal references that supported the graduate student's practice will be adressed, as well as her evolution in the educational process in relation to the investigationaction methodology used in the initial formation. Inherent to the professional entity's construction, these educational processes, among wich are observation, planification, action and reflection, reveal themselves essential to the formation of a childhood education professional. These processes also contribute for the graduate student to become a reflective and critic professional, and be able to perform a good and grounded educational practice. It's still important to notice that the educator's construction of the professional entity is not finalized with the initial formation, but built throughout life, always requiring continuous formation for the educator to stand out as a good professional.
