Abstract(s)
envolvidos no processo educаcional.
CPA, dentro do Instituto Federаl do Triângulo Mineiro - IFTM, pode contribuir
gestores, docentes, técnico-administrаtivos e discentes integrаntes da
comunidаde acаdêmica do IFTM. Esta pesquisa investiga: Que estrаtégia de
melhoria decorre dos resultаdos do processo de autoаvaliação do IFTM? O
The concept of educational administration aims at a di- lético process of internal and external measurement to the school, mediating power relations and participation of the different agents, who, directly and indirectly, are involved in the educa- tional process. The participation of teachers, managers and all educational agents in the institutional environment is an essential prerequisite for improving the quality of collective human life and quality education. Institutional self-assessment, carried out by the CPA, within the Instituto Federâni do Triângulo Mineiro (IFTM), can contribute towards guiding the (re) elación of institutional documents and strategies for action that will allow a continuous improvement of policies, ac- demic practices and management, aiming at better actuation and commitment of the managers, teachers, technicians-administrators and students integrated in the IFTM academic community. This research investigates: What improvement strategy stems from the results of the IFTM self-assessment process? The overall objective was to evaluate the improvement strategies that result from a selfevaluation process. A qualitative research was carried out based on a data analysis that was developed in the context of a case study through a mixed questionnaire survey. The results indicated that strategic planning, based on its theoretical and practical aspects of content and forms, consisted as an organizational learning tool and helps to improve the decision making process, providing alternatives for present and future advances in the dynamic systemic process of self-assessment at institution.
