O projeto que aqui se apresenta visa a reestruturação do processo de Recrutamento e Seleção de membros estagiários do Gabinete Alumni e Carreira (GAC).
Para a elaboração deste trabalho, foi adotada a metodologia de gestão de projetos PMBOK, estruturada nas fases de iniciação, planeamento, execução, monitorização e controlo.
A fase de iniciação abrangeu a caracterização do pedido do cliente, uma análise teórica centrada nas diferentes etapas do ciclo de recrutamento e seleção de membros não remunerados e uma componente empírica, sustentada em dados recolhidos junto do cliente. Foi definido como finalidade a identificação e atração de candidatos com as competências técnicas e comportamentais necessárias para o desempenho eficaz na função e a seleção de pessoas cujos valores e objetivos estão alinhados à cultura organizacional e às metas de longo prazo da empresa.
Planeou-se e implementaram-se medidas que ajudem a definir um processo de recrutamento e seleção que englobam: a atração, a gestão e a seleção de candidatos que melhor de adequam às vagas em aberto.
Para a atividade de atração de candidatos pressupôs-se a elaboração de descritivos funcionais, a divulgação das vagas em aberto, bem como a seleção dos canais para o mesmo. No âmbito da atividade de gestão dos candidatos foi desenvolvido um procedimento de triagem curricular, peças de comunicação com os candidatos bem como uma base de dados de gestão de todos os processos de recrutamento e seleção. Por fim na seleção de candidatos foram desenvolvidos instrumentos que permitem a avaliação dos candidatos através das suas competências técnicas e comportamentais em contextos práticos.
Foram alcançados de forma positiva todos os objetivos previamente definidos para este projeto, sendo o foco principal a atração e seleção de candidatos mais qualificados e entregues todos os templates elaborados para que o GAC possa dar continuidade aos processos de recrutamento e seleção de membros estagiários
The project presented here aims to restructure the Recruitment and Selection process for intern members of the Alumni and Career Office (GAC). To develop this work, the PMBOK project management methodology was adopted, structured into the phases of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control. The initiation phase included the characterization of the client's request, a theoretical analysis focused on the different stages of the recruitment and selection cycle for non-paid members, and an empirical component supported by data collected from the client. The main objective was defined as restructuring the recruitment and selection process implemented by the Office, in order to attract more suitable and qualified candidates. Measures were planned and implemented to define a recruitment and selection process encompassing the attraction, management, and selection of candidates best suited to the open positions. In the candidate attraction phase, the preparation of job descriptions, vacancy announcements, and selection of communication channels was assumed. For candidate management, a screening procedure was developed, along with communication templates and a database to manage all recruitment and selection processes. Finally, in the selection phase, tools were created to assess candidates based on their technical and behavioral competencies in practical contexts. All previously defined objectives for this project were successfully achieved, with a primary focus on attracting and selecting more qualified candidates. All templates created were delivered to ensure that GAC can continue the recruitment and selection processes for intern members.
