Abstract(s)
Este trabalho pressupƵe abordar o contributo da autoavaliaĆ§Ć£o na
aprendizagem e no desenvolvimento global dos alunos do 1Āŗ
Ciclo do Ensino BĆ”sico, na Atividade de InglĆŖs. Neste sentido, foi
realizada uma pesquisa em torno da avaliaĆ§Ć£o formativa, parte
integrante do processo ensino-aprendizagem, cujo intuito Ć©
avaliar o progresso e nĆ£o os resultados. TambĆ©m foi efetuado um
levantamento das caracterĆsticas das crianƧas enquanto
aprendentes para que as metodologias adotadas fossem ao
encontro do pĆŗblico-alvo. Desta forma, foi possĆvel contar com o
contributo de todos os intervenientes e obter resultados positivos.
Com a implementaĆ§Ć£o deste Projeto foi pretendido modificar
comportamentos, quer dos alunos, quer da professora, de forma a
que o contributo da autoavaliaĆ§Ć£o no desenvolvimento integral
das crianƧas comece a ser aceite por toda a comunidade
educativa por proporcionar a oportunidade de reflexĆ£o,
promovendo a autonomia, a autoestima e a confianƧa das
crianƧas em si mesmas. Ao longo deste estudo procurou-se
fomentar uma articulaĆ§Ć£o entre a Atividade de InglĆŖs e os pais,
contribuindo, assim, para uma aprendizagem significativa do
InglĆŖs.
The purpose of this work is to outline the contribution of selfassessment in the learning process of children from primary school. The information below tries to emphasize the significance of formative assessment, an integrative part of the learning process, whose aim is to focus on the process rather than on the results. The data included in this work was gathered through questionnaires and dialogues between the teacher and the students which were responsible for the chosen methodologies Needless to say that the intention of this research is to change studentsā and teacherās attitudes regarding self-assessment practices due to the benefits they provide for studentsā overall development and for promoting studentsā autonomy, self-esteem and confidence. Finally, this work aims to bridge the gap between the teaching of English in Primary Schools and the parents by involving them in the activities developed in view of achieving the best education has to offer.
