À medida que as pressões competitivas se intensificam, as organizações exigem cada vez mais dos seus sistemas de gestão e da sua capacidade de monitorizar e melhorar o seu desempenho. Da necessidade de transitar o Sistema Integrado de Gestão da Qualidade e Ambiente para as novas versões 2015 dos referenciais ISO 9001 e ISO 14001 surgem os principais objetivos deste estágio, sendo eles a revisão de todo o Sistema Integrado de Gestão da Continental - Industria Têxtil do Ave e a integração das atividades de Design e Desenvolvimento no Sistema.
Sabendo que a inovação, nos dias de hoje, é uma vantagem competitiva a que muitas empresas recorrem para assegurar a continuidade e o sucesso do seu negócio, foram analisadas estratégias para a implementação do sistema de gestão da Investigação, Desenvolvimento e Inovação segundo a norma NP4457 no sistema integrado de gestão da empresa.
Ao longo do estágio foram também utilizadas ferramentas da qualidade, das quais se salienta a metodologia FMEA (Análise dos Modos de Falha e seus Efeitos), com o objetivo de melhorar a fiabilidade dos processos através da análise de potenciais falhas e seus efeitos e a identificação das potenciais causas, de modo a implementar ações para reduzir e/ou eliminar as potenciais causas das falhas.
As far as the competitive pressures intensify, the organizations require more of their management systems and of their capacity of controlling and improving their performance. In the need of pass the Integrated Quality and Environment Management System to the new 2015 versions of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, emerge the principal objectives of this internship, that are the revision of all the Integrated Management System of Continental –Textile Industry of Ave and the integration of the Design and Development activities in the system. Knowing that the innovation, nowadays, is a competitive advantage that the companies appeal to assure the continuity and the success of their business, there were analysed strategies to the implementation of the Innovation, Investigation and Development management system, according to the NP4457 regulation in the integrated system of the company management. Over this internship were used some quality tools, stand out the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) methodology, with the purpose of improving the reliability of the process through the analysis of the potential failures and his effects and with the identification of potential causes, to implement actions to reduce or eliminate potential causes of failures.
