O objetivo deste projeto é analisar os desafios e obstáculos que as empresas enfrentam nos processos de fusões e aquisições em Portugal. Para alcançar este objetivo, foi utilizada uma metodologia quantitativa positivista baseada num questionário online realizado no Google Forms, que obteve 250 respostas úteis de empresas com sede ou atividade em Portugal. Embora os processos de fusões e aquisições no mercado português não sejam tão frequentes em comparação com outros países europeus, este continua a ser um tema consolidado, relevante e necessário no contexto empresarial português, conforme evidenciado nas respostas dos inquiridos.
The aim of this project is to analyse the challenges and obstacles that companies face in mergers and acquisitions in Portugal. To achieve this objective, a quantitative positivist methodology was used based on an online questionnaire conducted via Google Forms, which obtained 250 useful responses from companies headquartered or operating in Portugal. Although mergers and acquisitions in the Portuguese market are not as frequent as in other european countries, this is already a well-established, relevant and necessary topic in the portuguese business context, as evidenced by the respondents' answers.
