Abstract(s)
A presente dissertação teve como objetivo efetuar um projeto de melhoria contínua de um processo produtivo de uma empresa da indústria automóvel. Este projeto foi desenvolvido no âmbito do Mestrado de Engenharia Química, ramo da Qualidade. O estudo foi desenvolvido na Continental Mabor, tendo como objetivo aumentar a conformidade do produto final. Assim, foi necessário realizar um estudo intensivo deste problema, analisando a conformidade dos pneus ao longo de 2019 e identificando as causas deste problema, com o objetivo de melhorar o processo e o seu controlo contínuo. A partir da metodologia DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control), foi possível percorrer todas estas etapas, cumprindo o objetivo de cada uma delas de maneira a culminar na resolução do problema. Ao longo destas fases foi recorrente o uso de diversas ferramentas da qualidade, associadas ao SIX SIGMA, capazes de simplificar e estruturar o estudo em questão, encontrando diversas propostas de melhoria. Em suma, após percorrer todas as etapas da metodologia foi possível identificar alguns problemas de não conformidade e, desta forma, foi possível implementar melhorias significativas no processo. O objetivo principal deste trabalho foi conseguido uma vez que a conformidade do produto aumentou de 90% para 95%.
The present dissertation had as objective to carry out a project of continuous improvement of a productive process of an automobile company. This project was developed within the scope of the Master of Chemical Engineering, branch of Quality. The study was developed at Continental Mabor, with the objective of increasing the compliance of the final product. So, it was necessary to carry out an intensive study of this problem, analyzing the conformity of the tires throughout 2019 and identifying the causes of this problem, in order to improve the process and its continuous control. From the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control), it was possible to go through all these steps, fulfilling the objective of each one of them in order to culminate in solving the problem. Throughout these phases, the use of several quality tools, associated with SIX SIGMA, was able to simplify and structure the study in question, finding several proposals for improvement. In conclusion, after going through all the stages of the methodology, it was possible to identify some non-compliance problems and, with this, it was possible to implement significant improvements in the process. The main objective of this work was achieved since the product's compliance increased from 90% to 95%.
