Este projeto visa explorar possíveis relações entre a Pintura e o Teatro traduzidas através do Figurino. A pintura assume-se, neste contexto, como uma ferramenta de representação na construção de um figurino, criando “fingimentos”, ilusões, que questionam uma imagem e a sua realidade. O projeto final inclui-se no espetáculo “Ópera Real – Repetição do Fim do Mundo”, produzido inteiramente pela ESMAE, e para o qual realizei os figurinos.
This project aims to explore the possible relations between Painting and Theater translated through costume design. Painting is assumed, in this context, as a tool of representation in the construction of a costume, creating “simulations”, illusions, that question an image and its reality. The final project is included in “Ópera Real – Repetição do Fim do Mundo”, entirely produced by ESMAE, and for what I designed costumes.
