| dc.description.abstract | O teletrabalho constitui uma modalidade de trabalho consagrada atualmente, em Portugal, pelo código do Trabalho, aprovado pela Lei nº 7/2009, de 12 de fevereiro (com as últimas alterações introduzidas pela retificação nº13/2023, de 29 de maio). A análise do regime legal, previsto nos artigos 165.º a 171.º do Código de Trabalho, tem como objetivo constatar o caminho já trilhado e eventuais lacunas e desafios que urgem colmatar. O presente projeto avançado visa, portanto, analisar o referido regime jurídico português do teletrabalho, dando o seu contributo, em outros, em sede da proteção da reserva da vida privada do trabalhador, a sua conciliação com a vida familiar e a sua saúde mental e física. O impacto da pandemia covid-19 nesta modalidade de trabalho e o vital contributo da evolução tecnológica, onde a realidade virtual e o metaverso podem ter um papel crucial no futuro. Entende-se que a ambiguidade do tema engloba várias dimensões consideráveis serem salientadas. A imperiosa análise do regime jurídico do teletrabalho, mas não descurando os impactos sociais, ambientais e uma visão mais futurista sobre os equipamentos e sistemas a serem usados, tendo em conta a crescente evolução tecnológica. O tema promete trazer assim uma multiplicidade de ilações sobre as políticas a serem aplicadas no regime jurídico do teletrabalho na sua extensão. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Telework is a form of work currently established in Portugal in Law No. 7/2009, of February 12, which approved the current Labor Code (updated by Law No. 13/2023, of May 29). The analysis of the legal regime, provided for in Articles 165 to 171 of the Labor Code, aims to verify the path already taken and any gaps and challenges that need to be addressed. The purpose of this advanced project is, therefore, to analyze the aforementioned Portuguese legal regime of telecommuting, making its contribution, in others, in order to protect the reserve of the employee's private life, its reconciliation with family life and his mental and physical health. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on this work modality and the vital contribution of technological evolution, where virtual reality and the metaverse can play a crucial role in the future. It is understood that the ambiguity of the subject encompasses several considerable dimensions to be highlighted. The imperative analysis of the legal regime of telecommuting, but not disregarding the social, environmental impacts and a more futuristic view on the equipment and systems to be used, taking into account the increasing technological evolution. The topic thus promises to bring a multiplicity of lessons on the policies to be applied in the legal regime of telecommuting to its extent. | pt_PT |
