Abstract(s)
Esta dissertação tem como principal objetivo a reflexão sobre o enquadramento do flautim a nível pedagógico, assim como performativo, a nível nacional. O intuito desta reflexão adveio do facto de me aperceber da existência de uma pesquisa constante, por parte dos flautistas, para uma melhor execução do instrumento em estudo neste trabalho, pesquisa que tem sido aprofundada nas últimas décadas. Assim, foi realizado um evento dedicado exclusivamente ao instrumento, com vista a dar a conhecer tanto as suas potencialidades bem como o trabalho que se considera que ainda poderá ser desenvolvido, a nível nacional, para que os flautistas se mantenham a par deste crescimento. O evento, denominado Encontros com o Flautim foi destinado a todos os flautistas e estudantes de flauta. Todas as atividades realizadas no evento tiveram, como fundamento, tanto a literatura existente sobre o tema do ensino do flautim em Portugal e a atividade performática como instrumento em Portugal, assim como as reflexões por parte de flautistas portugueses, que foram obtidas através de entrevistas individuais.
O impacto do evento na comunidade que dele fez parte foi verificado através da análise das respostas a dois inquéritos, que tinham como objetivo auferir a avaliação da comunidade envolvente, relativamente à organização, relevância do evento e concretização dos objetivos pretendidos com o mesmo.
Segundo a pesquisa realizada e os resultados do estudo, é possível afirmar que o evento impactou positivamente todos os envolvidos, pela sua diversidade e singularidade, sendo que todos apelaram à realização de uma nova edição, pela sua pertinência. Estes resultados evidenciam a necessidade de reflexão sobre o tema assim como o aumento de atividades relacionadas com o instrumento, em Portugal, de forma a se acompanhar o crescente relevo que o mesmo tem vindo a adquirir no mercado de trabalho.
This dissertation has as main objective the reflection on the piccolo flute framework at a pedagogical level, as well as performative, at a national level. The purpose of this reflection came from the fact that I noticed constant research, by flutists, for a better performance of the instrument under study in this work, research that has been deepened in the last decades. Thus, an event dedicated exclusively to the instrument was held, to make known both its potentialities and the work that could still be developed, at a national level, so that flutists keep up with this growth. The event, called Encontros com o Flautim, was intended for all flutists and flute students. All activities undertaken at the event were based on both existing literature on the subject, about teaching in Portugal and performing activity with the instrument in the country, as well as reflections from Portuguese flutists. The impact of the event on the community that took part in it was verified through the analysis of the answers to two surveys, which aimed to gauge the evaluation of the surrounding community, regarding the organization, relevance of the event, and achievement of the objectives intended with it. According to the research carried out and the results of the study, it is possible to state that the event had a positive impact on all those involved, due to its diversity and uniqueness, with everyone calling for a new edition, due to its relevance. These results show the need for reflection on the subject as well as the increase of activities related to the instrument in Portugal, to keep up with the growing relevance it has been acquiring in the labor market.
