Abstract(s)
Resources Business Partners (HRBP).
profissionais.
The Employee Experience is a central approach in the contemporary paradigm of Human Resources Management and Development. In this study, we intend to delve into the Human Resources HR profession from the Employee Experience approach and characterize the experience of Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP). Professionals who perform HRBP functions, seen as a strategic business partner and, as such, play a fundamental role and have a very significant prevalence in organizations today. Through the direct speech of the interviewees and in line with the objectives under study, the main factors they consider as having an influence on their experience within organizations are listed. The empirical study favoured qualitative methodology, using content analysis of interviews carried out with fifteen Human Resources Business Partners. In this way, we sought to characterize the role of HRBP based on the narrative of the professionals themselves, identify the factors that impact positively and negatively on the Employee Experience of HRBP's and identify Employee Experience management practices that impact HRBP. The survey concluded that HRBP professionals describe their experiences in organisations as positive. They assume that there is a long way to go towards a generalised understanding of the role of the HRBP, and consequently of how to manage the experience of this professional group. Hence, the study made it possible to grasp and understand some of the HRBP's perceptions regarding their Employee Experience and to characterize the dynamics and practices that contribute to an experience more suited to the reality and profile of these professionals.
