O presente relatório é o resultado do estágio curricular do Mestrado em Marketing
Digital, realizado na Adclick. Esta é uma agência de Marketing Digital especializada em
paid media, lead generation, e-mail marketing e e-commerce, e que impacta os resultados
dos clientes com incremento da faturação e otimização dos orçamentos, sempre com
acompanhamento contínuo. O estágio teve início no dia 15 de janeiro de 2024 e terminou
a 31 de maio de 2024, totalizando as 400 horas mínimas previstas de estágio. As tarefas
realizadas concentraram-se em 2 das áreas de atuação, como o da utilização da base de
dados em E-mail marketing como também as campanhas pagas no motor de pesquisa
Google e rede social Facebook, nomeadamente, as campanhas Google Ads e Meta Ads,
respetivamente.
Este documento descreve as atividades executadas durante o estágio curricular de
cerca de cinco meses na Adclick, uma agência de performance e dados sediada no Porto.
As atividades descritas no relatório são relativas à área de e-mail marketing e de paid
media. Uma vez que o estágio foi realizado num contexto de agência de marketing digital,
são descritas atividades referentes a vários clientes, internos e externos, com estratégias
e objetivos de marketing digital diferentes, tornando assim a leitura desde relatório mais
enriquecedora.
Este relatório está está dividido por quatro capítulos, sendo estes, a revisão de
literatura, a apresentação da empresa, a descrição das atividades realizadas no âmbito do
estágio curricular e, por fim, as conclusões, oferecendo uma visão abrangente das
experiências e aprendizagens adquiridas durante todo o período de estágio.
This report is the result of the curricular internship for the Master's Degree in Digital Marketing, carried out at Adclick. This is a Digital Marketing agency specializing in paid media, lead generation, e-mail marketing and e-commerce, which impacts clients' results by increasing turnover and optimizing budgets, always with continuous monitoring. The internship began on January 15, 2024 and ended on May 31, 2024, totaling 400 hours. The tasks carried out focused on 2 of the areas of activity, such as the use of the database in E-mail marketing as well as paid campaigns on the Google search engine and Facebook social network, namely Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, respectively. This document describes the activities carried out during a five-month internship at Adclick, a performance and data agency based in Porto. The activities described in the report relate to e-mail marketing and paid media. Since the internship was carried out in a digital marketing agency context, the activities described relate to various clients, both internal and external, with different digital marketing strategies and objectives, thus making the reading of this report more enriching This report is divided into four chapters: a literature review, a presentation of the company, a description of the activities carried out during the internship and, finally, the conclusions, providing a comprehensive overview of the experiences and lessons learned throughout the internship.
