Os recursos digitais, quando explorados de forma eficiente, possibilitam atender
às necessidades corporativas e permitem a implementação de estratégias de forma
mensurável. Neste sentido, observa-se que a presença nas redes sociais tornou-se num
fator essencial para as empresas, uma vez que representa um ponto de conexão com as
audiências e permite o aumento da notoriedade e reputação. O presente relatório objetiva
descrever uma experiência de 400 horas de estágio curricular numa agência digital com
base na componente prática aplicada ao longo desse período.
A temática do estudo debruça-se sobre ações de crescimento orgânico aplicadas à
rede social Instagram no modelo de negócio B2B, de modo a reconhecer as
potencialidades de crescimento e avaliar as estratégias desenvolvidas entre o período de
dezembro de 2022 e março de 2023. Para tal, desenvolveu-se um estudo de caso com
base na estratégia de social media elaborada para a agência criativa e nas respectivas
métricas de análise de cada ação. O estudo de caso conclui que as ações de crescimento
orgânico foram positivas, sendo que ao nível do alcance, número de impressões e
engagement, o recurso a hashtags juntamente com a aposta em reels e posts em carrossel
foram pontos essenciais para promover o crescimento da página. O estudo evidenciou
ainda que o Instagram, comparativamente a outro canal,apresentou o maior crescimento,
o que responde à temática de investigação: "Instagram no mercado B2B: estratégias de
crescimento orgânico aplicadas ao modelo de negócio".
When digital resources are explored efficiently, it's possible to attempt corporate needs and implement strategies measurably. Presence in social networks has become an essential factor for companies since it represents a connection point with audiences and increases awareness and reputation. This report aims to describe a 400-hour internship experience in a digital agency based on a practical component applied throughout this period. The theme of the study focuses on organic growth actions applied to Instagram in a B2B business model to recognize the potential for growth and evaluate strategies between December 2022 and March 2023. A case study was developed based on the social media strategy elaborated for the creative agency and the respective metrics for analyzing each action. The case study shows that the organic growth actions were positive, and that in terms of reach, number of impressions and engagement, using hashtags along with reels and carousel posts were essential points to promote the growth of the page. This study also showed that Instagram, in comparison to other channels, presented the highest growth, which answers the research theme: "Instagram in B2B market: organic growth strategies applied to the business model".
