Abstract(s)
Pretendo abordar nesta dissertação de mestrado a problemática ligada à gestão
curricular das áreas artísticas numa escola, “A Escola de Artistas”, e perceber que
decisões são assumidas pela organização escolar, dentro das margens de autonomia,
em termos da gestão e organização do currículo artístico e essas decisões se
articulam (ou não), estrategicamente perante as (im)possibilidades da Escola se
(re)inventar na tomada de decisões relativa à gestão curricular, nomeadamente na
oferta de escola e na dinamização de currículos através de projetos.
Assumimos para este texto os resultados dum estudo exploratório que aplicamos a
elementos do conselho geral, no sentido de compreender como se (re) veem no
ethos da escola em todas as problemáticas inerentes aos processos organizacionais e
gerenciais que dela emergem e os resultados da aplicação duma entrevista a quatro
elementos de setores e cargos diversos.
In this Master dissertation, I intend to approach the problematic associated with time management of the artistic areas in “Artists” school and to understand if the school organization does time management (within the margins of autonomy) in decision making in the organization of the artistic curriculum and whether it articulates itself (or not), strategically in face of the (im) possibilities of (re-) inventing itself in decision making and in face of these curricular management, namely in the school offer and the dynamization of curricula through projects. We assume for this text the results of an exploratory study that we have applied to members of the general board, in order to understand how they (re-)see themselves in the school ethos in all problematics inherent to organizational and management processes that emerge from it, as well as the results of the application of an interview to four elements from diverse sectors and positions.
