Abstract(s)
A constante evolução nas tecnologias de computação e nas telecomunicações tem tornado o acesso à internet mais fácil, mais amplo e mais rápido. A World Wide Web (WWW) tem-se tornado além de um espaço de divulgação de atividades, de produtos e serviços para as organizações, um espaço onde aplicações, soluções de computação, arquivo e comunicação encontram-se disponiveís em servidores, permitindo o acesso a estas por qualquer computador com ligação à internet a partir de qualquer parte.
Num ambiente organizacional, as aplicações assumem um papel fundamental no seu funcionamento e organização, exigindo um constante e avultado investimento em recursos, sejam estes de hardware, em infraestruturas e/ou licenciamento.
O surgimento dos serviços Cloud Computing, permitiu às organizações tornarem-se mais competitivas, mais eficientes e economicamente mais competitivas, deixando-se de preocupar com atualizações, instalação, upgrades de hardware que conduziam a custos elevados e a uma perda de eficiência, de forma a acompanhar a constante evolução técnologica.
Com o aparecimento dos sistemas Cloud Computing verifica-se uma crescente adesão a estes serviços tornando-se uma realizadade cada vez mais presente, a de ter dados e aplicações disponiveis na Cloud, permitindo o fácil e rápido acesso aos mesmos.
São variadas as vantagens da sua utilização, quer numa prespetiva organizacional, quer numa prespetiva pessoal, vantagens económicas, de elasticidade, escalibilidade e agilidade, na adoção destas tecnologias, apesar das vantagens existem tambem desvantagens como a fiabilidade ou dependência da rede, para referir apenas algumas.
De forma semelhante, o conhecimento, tem vindo a ser reconhecido como um ativo de máxima importancia para as organizações, de forma que a gestão deste conhecimento tem assumido, cada vez mais, um papel fundamental para o optimo funcionamento das mesmas. A utilização de ferramentas e tecnologias que facilitem e fomentem esta gestão são fundamentais e imprescindíveis.
Com este trabalho pretende-se percecionar o impacto da utilização de sistemas Cloud Computing na Gestão de Conhecimento nas equipas e se os seus utilizadores percecionam as vantagens e riscos inerentes à sua adoção e utilização
The constant evolution in computing and telecommunications technologies has made Internet access easier, broader and faster. The Web has become a space for the dissemination of activities, products and services to organizations, a space where, applications, computing, file and communication solutions are available on servers, allowing them to be accessed by any computer with internet connection from anywhere. In an organizational environment, applications assume a fundamental role in their operation and organization, requiring a constant and huge investment in resources, be they hardware, infrastructures and / or licensing. The emergence of Cloud Computing, enabled organizations to become more competitive, more efficient, and more economically competitive, leaving them unconcerned with upgrades, installation, hardware upgrades that led to high costs and a loss in efficiency, in order to keep up with the constant technological evolution. With the emergence of Cloud Computing systems, there is a growing adherence to these services, making it an ever-present realization of having data and applications available in the Cloud, allowing easy and quick access to them. The advantages of its use are varied, whether in an organizational perspective or in a personal perspective, economic advantages, elasticity, scalability and agility, in adopting these technologies, despite the advantages there are also disadvantages such as reliability or dependence of the network, to mention only some. In a similar way, knowledge has been recognized as a most important asset for organizations, so that the management of this knowledge has increasingly assumed a fundamental role for the optimal functioning of the same. The use of tools and technologies that facilitate and foster this management are fundamental and indispensable. This work intends to understand the impact of the use of Cloud Computing systems in the management of knowledge in the teams and if its users perceive the advantages and risks inherent in their adoption and use.
