Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estÔgio expõe o trabalho desenvolvido no Centro de Estudos
Organizacionais e Sociais do PolitƩcnico do Porto (CEOS.PP), sediado no Instituto
Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto (ISCAP-PP).
A iniciar, é apresentada a história do centro, a equipa de investigação, estrutura
organizacional, bem como todos os contactos e redes sociais.
Para contextualizar o trabalho da estagiƔria, Ʃ explicado o papel de um
assessor/profissional de secretariado, destacando a sua importância e as respetivas tarefas
que cabem a um assesor executar. Um das vƔrias tarefas realizadas pela estagiƔria foi a
redação de um Caderno de Procedimentos, uma responsabilidade também inerente ao
assessor de uma instituição. Assim, é abordado o conceito de Caderno de Procedimentos
e o seu impacto na gestão de uma organização. A comunicação desempenhada por um
assessor Ć© crucial, uma vez que, representa a empresa. SĆ£o igualmente abordados a
comunicação interna e externa.
No presente relatório é descrita a metodologia adotada para o decorrer do estÔgio. São
apresentados vÔrios modelos da metodologia Investigação-Ação, tendo sido selecionado
pela estagiƔria o modelo de Baskerville (1999), considerado pela mesma o mais completo.
As diversas fases deste modelo são detalhadamente descritas e suportadas com vÔrias
imagens incluĆdas nos apĆŖndices do presente relatório.
Para avaliar o trabalho desenvolvido pela estagiƔria foram aplicados e analisados, um
questionƔrio dirigido aos investigadores do CEOS.PP e uma entrevista com a Diretora do
Centro.
Para terminar, é apresentada a conclusão com as limitações identificadas pela estagiÔria,
bem como sugestƵes para o futuro do centro.
This trainee report describes the work carried out at the Centre for Organisational and Social Studies of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto (CEOS.PP), based at the Porto Accounting and Business School (ISCAP). In the beginning, it is presented the history of the centre, the research team, the organisational structure, as well as all the contacts and social networks are presented. To contextualise the trainee's work, the role of an advisor/secretarial professional is explained, highlighting its importance and the respective tasks that an advisor is responsible for carrying out. One of the many tasks the trainee carried out was writing a Manual of Procedures, a responsibility also inherent to an institution's advisor. The concept of a Manual of Procedures and its impact on the management of an organisation are discussed. The communication role played by an advisor is crucial, as they represent the company. Internal and external communication are also covered. This report describes the methodology adopted during the internship. Various models of the Action Research methodology are presented. The trainee selected Baskerville's model (1999), which she considered to be the most complete. The various phases of this model are described in detail and supported by various images included in the appendices of this report. In order to evaluate the work carried out by the trainee, a questionnaire addressed to CEOS.PP researchers and an interview with the Centre's Director were applied and analysed. At the end, a conclusion is presented with the limitations identified by the intern, as well as suggestions for the future of the centre.
