Abstract(s)
Os estudos dos fatores que interferem no clima organizacional, como a
satisfação no trabalho e a qualidade de vida no trabalho, são de grande
importância, tanto no setor privado quanto no setor público. Este estudo teve
como objetivo conhecer o clima organizacional da Reitoria do Instituto Federal
do Triangulo Mineiro (IFTM), conhecendo, ainda, a satisfação no trabalho dos
servidores e o grau de importância das ações de qualidade de vida no trabalho
(QVT). Em consonância com os objetivos propostos, optou-se neste estudo por
uma pesquisa de natureza quantitativa e qualitativa com um design de estudo
de caso. Os dados foram recolhidos a partir de um inquérito por questionário
constituído por questões fechadas e abertas, enviado para 131 servidores,
sendo estes professores e técnicos administrativos. Os dados quantitativos
tiveram uma análise estatística. Para os dados qualitativos foi feita uma análise
de conteúdo, considerando-se as categorias estabelecidas a partir dos objetivos
propostos no estudo: clima organizacional, satisfação no trabalho e a
importância das ações de QVT. Os dados recolhidos permitem afirmar que a
Reitoria do IFTM possue um bom clima organizacional e que os servidores
mostram-se satisfeitos quanto ao trabalho desenvolvido. Podemos destacar
ainda que as ações de QVT desenvolvidas são importantes na percepção dos
servidores. Todavia, aponta-se que o clima deve melhorar em alguns fatores e
algumas ações de QVT desenvolvida precisam ser revisadas. Além disso, novas
ações devem ser tomadas conforme dados levantados. Conclui-se que a
instituição apresenta grande capacidade de oferecer condições favoráveis de
trabalho, contribuindo para um bom clima organizacional e bom grau de
satisfação no trabalho.
The study of the factors that interfere in the organizational climate such as job satisfaction and quality of life at work are of great importance, both in the private sector and in the public sector. In a clear, concise and objective way, this paper aims to know the organizational climate of the Federal Institute of the Triangulo Mineiro (IFTM), also knowing the satisfaction in the work of the servers and the degree of relevance of the quality of working Life (QWL) actions. Aligned to the proposed objectives, a quantitative and qualitative research was chosen, designed as a study case. Data were collected from a survey consisting of closed and open questions, sent to 131 servers, these being teachers and administrative technicians. The quantitative data had a statistical analysis. For the qualitative data, a content analysis was done considering the categories established from the objectives proposed in the study: organizational climate, job satisfaction and the importance of QWL actions. The collected data allowed the author to affirm that the Rectory has a good organizational climate and that the servers are satisfied with the work developed, and also emphasize that the actions of QWL developed are important in the perception of the servers. However, it is pointed out that the climate must improve in some factors and some actions of QWL developed need to be revised, in addition, new actions must be taken according to data collected. It is concluded that the institution has great capacity to offer favorable working conditions, contributing to a good organizational climate and a good degree of satisfaction in the workplace.
