Construção sustentável: comparativo entre Brasil e Portugal

| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho versa sobre construção sustentável, em especial um comparativo entre Brasil e Portugal, com foco no âmbito de certificações ambientais. Desta forma, apresenta um breve estudo sobre construção sustentável e sustentabilidade, considerando suas correlações com certificações ambientais. Foi efetuada uma análise breve sobre o histórico das certificações ambientais assim como seus objetivos e importância e, posteriormente, foram abordadas duas certificações comumente usadas no Brasil e duas em Portugal. As certificações escolhidas foram: Procel Edifica e AQUA no caso brasileiro e, LiderA e SBToolpt no caso português. Foram estudas suas estruturas e pontos pertinentes destacados. Por fim, as certificações são comparadas entre si, relativamente a dois tópicos, o primeiro, sobre o tema energia, que é abordado pelas quatro certificações analisadas e o segundo, sobre o método de avaliação de cada certificação. O foco da comparação foi as diferenças nítidas entre as certificações brasileiras e as portuguesas. Conclui-se a maior importância do tema energia no Brasil e a forma de classificação de ambas certificações portuguesas, muito semelhantes entre si, todavia, difere da usada no Brasil, mesmo no caso do Procel Edifica, que é um sistema de classificação semelhante, todavia menos criterioso. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This work is about sustainable building, particularly a comparison between Brazil and Portugal, focusing on the scope of environmental certifications. Thus, it presents a brief study on sustainable development and sustainable construction, considering their correlation with environmental certifications. A brief analysis of the history of environmental certifications was conducted as well as it´s goals and importance, later, two certifications commonly used in Brazil and two in Portugal were studied. The chosen certifications were Procel Edifica and AQUA in the brazilian case and LiderA and SBToolpt the portuguese case. Relevant points and the structures of the certifications were studied. Finally, the certifications are compared to each other, on two topics, the first on the subject of energy, which is covered by the four certifications analyzed and the second about each certification evaluation method. The focus of comparison wee the differences between the brazilian and portuguese certifications. It´s concluded that the theme energy recives more impotance in Brazil then in Portugal and the classification method is very similiar betwen the portuguese certifications, however it differs in comparisson to brazilian certifications, even Procel Edifica, wich has a slight similarity. | pt_PT |
