Ao longo dos anos o processo de compras tem ganho mais importância para as
organizações.
Devido à competitividade as empresas têm de garantir a maior eficiência e eficácia dos
seus processos, principalmente daqueles que permitem de forma mais direta obter
vantagem competitiva como é o caso do Processo de compras.
Neste projeto irei identificar o processo de compras da entidade Fábrica Tintas Kar, Lda
e apresentar hipóteses de melhoria ao mesmo. Para isso, vão ser identificadas as falhas
do processo, e consequentemente avaliados os riscos que estas representam para a
entidade. Com a análise dos riscos, irei identificar aqueles que na minha opinião seriam
os controlos ideiais a adotar para gerir os riscos garantindo a maior eficiência e eficácia
do processo e consequentemente da entidade.
Throughout the years, the purchasing process has become increasingly important for organisations.
