O processo atual de gestão de dados de manutenção passa por guardar os dados retirados
pelas equipas de manutenção em ficheiros Excel, os quais serão armazenados em pastas na
rede da REN. Esse processo, apesar de eficaz no que diz respeito ao armazenamento, é
inadequado relativamente ao tratamento de dados e à tomada de decisão.
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo o desenvolvimento de uma ferramenta de gestão
estatística em VBA Access, que permita de forma autónoma analisar o comportamento de
todos os disjuntores existentes na rede de alta tensão, identificando os equipamentos que
podem influenciar o bom funcionamento da rede. A finalidade deste projeto passa pelo
armazenamento de dados numa base de dados única, que permite facilitar o registo por
parte das equipas de manutenção e simplificar a tomada de decisões por parte dos gestores,
o que por sua vez aumentará a fiabilidade dos ativos e diminuirá os custos de operação dos
mesmos.
A ferramenta possibilita a avaliação do estado dos disjuntores permitindo o planeamento
das manutenções, que até então eram realizadas com base no tempo, ou seja, manutenções
periódicas que podem variar segundo o estado do equipamento, sendo na maioria dos casos
de caráter fixo. Na aplicação é pretendido que as manutenções passem a ser realizadas com
base no estado, ou seja, derivadas da atividade do equipamento e dos resultados obtidos
através da avaliação do mesmo. Para além das manutenções, o software permitirá ainda a
avaliação dos equipamentos na rede, permitindo aos gestores de redes avaliar as atividades
desempenhadas pelos ativos, e a partir daí decidir se o equipamento deve ser retirado de
funções, quais os equipamentos que apresentam maior fiabilidade (por fabricante) e até os
locais onde existe maior tensão na rede.
The current process of data management involves storing the data from the maintenance teams in Excel files, which are then stored in the REN data network. This process, although effective with regard to storage, is inappropriate in relation to data processing and decision making. This study aims to develop a statistical management tool in VBA Access, which allows independently analyse the behaviour of all the circuit breakers in high voltage network and identifying the equipment that may affect the proper functioning of the network. The purpose of this project through is to storage in a single database, which facilitates the registration by the maintenance teams and simplifies decision-making by managers, which in turn will increase the reliability of assets and decrease the operating costs. The tool would allow the assessment of the status of circuit breakers allowing the planning of maintenance, which until then were made based on time, or periodic maintenance that may vary according to the condition of the equipment, and in most cases fixed. In the application it is intended to pass the maintenance to be performed based on the state, or derived from activity of the equipment and the results obtained by evaluating the equipment. In addition to maintenance, the software will also allow the evaluation of equipment on the network, allowing network managers to evaluate the activities carried out by assets, and from there decide whether the equipment should be removed, which equipment will have higher reliability (my suppliers) and even the locations where there is greater tension on the network.
