Abstract(s)
Os equipamentos médicos apresentam um papel de extrema importância na prática de Medicina, uma vez que podem ter funcionalidades tão distintas como: ajuda no diagnóstico de doenças, obtenção de imagens médicas, monitorização de doentes e tratamento de determinadas doenças. Ao longo do período de trabalho na empresa IBERDATA foi possível desenvolver diversas atividades, tais como: manutenção preventiva e corretiva de equipamentos médicos, desenvolvimento de novas técnicas de obtenção de procedimentos de manutenção ou práticas de gestão de equipamentos, conceção e configuração de softwares em equipamentos médicos, logística das folhas de serviço realizados na assistência técnica entre outros. Com a realização deste estágio também tive a oportunidade de aprender mais sobre o funcionamento de uma unidade de assistência técnica em equipamentos médicos e práticas de manutenção em diversos tipos de equipamentos, tais como: raios-X, ventilação, reanimação, medicina física, terapêutica e entre outros, o que me permitiu ter uma boa aquisição de conhecimentos para encarar desafios futuros. O principal objetivo desta tese resulta na criação de modelos teóricos para orientar um técnico de assistência médica nos procedimentos de manutenção interna ou externa e no âmbito de uma manutenção preventiva ou corretiva, para que o seu serviço se torne mais fácil e preciso na sua globalidade contribuindo assim para uma gestão mais eficaz e eficiente do serviço prestado aos serviços de saúde.
The Medical Equipment’s show a very important role in the practice of Medicine, since they can have such different functionalities as: help in the diagnosis of diseases, obtaining medical images, monitoring patients and treating certain diseases. Throughout the work period at IBERDATA it was possible to develop several activities, such as: preventive and corrective maintenance of medical equipment, development of new techniques for obtaining maintenance procedures or practices of equipment management, design and configuration of equipment software physicians, logistics of the service leaves realized in the technical assistance among others. With this internship I also had the opportunity to learn more about the operation of a technical assistance unit in medical equipment and maintenance practices in different types of equipment, such as: X-rays, ventilation, resuscitation, physical medicine, therapeutics and among others, which allowed me to have a good knowledge acquisition to face future challenges. The main objective of this report results in the creation of theoretical models to guide a medical care technician in the procedures of internal or external maintenance and in the scope of preventive or corrective maintenance, so that its service becomes easier and precise in its totality contributing thus for more effective and efficient management of the service provided to the health services.
