Abstract(s)
Este estudo investigou a importância da parceria da escola-empresa,
como contribuição para a qualidade da educação básica, numa perspectiva de
gestão educacional. Foi utilizada a abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa, com a
participação de gestores e corpo docente, sendo eles, do sistema educacional
do município, da escola de educação básica da rede pública e empresa
parceira. Os dados foram obtidos por meio de entrevistas e aplicação de
questionário. Os resultados apontam que, tanto a gestão educacional, quanto a
gestão da empresa, valorizam e consideram importante o processo de parceria
para a melhoria da qualidade da educação, considerando que a escola por si só,
não dá conta do processo educacional, principalmente, nesse mundo tão
complexo. Portanto, faz-se necessário, a participação dos diversos segmentos
da sociedade, tanto do setor público, quanto do setor privado. O estudo mostra
também, que são muitas as dificuldade que gestão educacional enfrenta para
dar continuidade nos projetos que foram implantado em parceria com a
empresa, pois, faltam recursos materiais, profissionais qualificados e carga
horária específica, no caso do estudo, em educação ambiental. Assim, este
trabalho pretendeu colaborar com as discussões sobre a importância do
processo de parceria na área educacional, considerando sua importância e
relevância. Portanto, entendemos que o assunto deve ser tratado a nível de alta
gestão, pois, essa processo de parceria precisa fazer parte do currículo
educacional e formalizado um termo de cooperação, com objetivos, metas e
prazos definidos.
This study investigated the importance of partnership-school company, as a contribution to the quality of basic education, an educational management perspective. the qualitative and quantitative approach was used, with the participation of managers and faculty, namely, the education of the county system, the basic education of public school and business partner. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaire. The results show that both the educational management, as the company's management, value and consider important the partnership process to improve the quality of education, considering that the school alone does not account for the educational process, especially in this very complex world. Therefore, it is necessary, the participation of different segments of society, both the public sector and the private sector. The study also shows that there are many difficulties that educational administration faces to continue the projects that were implemented in partnership with the company because, lacking material resources, qualified and specific hours in the case of study in environmental education. This work intended to contribute to discussions on the importance of the partnership in education, considering its importance and relevance. Therefore, we believe that the matter should be dealt with at the level of top management, therefore this process need partnership part of the educational curriculum and formalized a cooperation agreement with objectives, targets and timelines.
