Esta investigaĆ§Ć£o incide sobre o potencial do enoturismo criativo para o
desenvolvimento da RegiĆ£o Demarcada dos Vinhos Verdes. O enoturismo tem tido um
papel fundamental no setor do turismo e no desenvolvimento de regiƵes vitivinĆcolas em
Portugal, sendo um segmento que pretende atingir cada vez mais visitantes e novas
experiĆŖncias. O enoturismo, para alĆ©m de jĆ” se encontrar amplamente estudado por
diversos autores, as prĆ”ticas de enoturismo criativo na RegiĆ£o Demarcada dos Vinhos
Verdes nĆ£o estĆ£o suficientemente investigadas, pelo que o objetivo da dissertaĆ§Ć£o visa
aprofundar o conhecimento cientĆfico sobre esta temĆ”tica.
Objetivo- O objetivo geral desta investigaĆ§Ć£o consiste em explorar as experiĆŖncias de
enoturismo criativo que potenciam o desenvolvimento da RegiĆ£o Demarcada dos Vinhos
Verdes.
Metodologia- O mĆ©todo de estudo aplicada na realizaĆ§Ć£o desta investigaĆ§Ć£o foi de
carĆ”ter misto (quantitativa e qualitativa), usando informaĆ§Ć£o na perspetiva da procura e
da oferta, atravĆ©s da aplicaĆ§Ć£o de inquĆ©ritos por questionĆ”rio e entrevistas
semiestruturadas.
Resultados- A RegiĆ£o Demarcada dos Vinhos Verdes tem potencial para se afirmar no
enoturismo criativo, no entanto tem de haver uma grande mudanƧa na maneira de
pensar dos produtores e estes profissionalizarem-se no setor enoturĆstico e, desta forma,
criarem atravĆ©s dos produtos de dispƵem atividades e experiĆŖncias memorĆ”veis a quem
os visita.
LimitaƧƵes e implicaƧƵes- O presente estudo apresentou algumas dificuldades no
decorrer do seu desenvolvimento. As limitaƧƵes foram na dificuldade em encontrar
estudos referentes Ć temĆ”tica a nĆvel nacional, nas entrevistas a falta de comparĆŖncia,
interesse e disponibilidade por parte dos entrevistados constituĆram uma enorme
delimitaĆ§Ć£o no estudo. Relativamente Ć aplicaĆ§Ć£o dos questionĆ”rios, houve uma taxa de
resposta muito baixa relativamente ao que se esperava.
ImplicaƧƵes prĆ”ticas- O propĆ³sito deste estudo consiste em demonstrar a importĆ¢ncia
do enoturismo criativo para o desenvolvimento da regiĆ£o vitivinĆcola, neste caso a RegiĆ£o Demarcada dos Vinhos Verdes. DeverĆ£o ser aprofundados estudos acerca desta
temĆ”tica tanto a nĆvel nacional como internacional contribuindo para o conhecimento
cientĆfico deste segmento.
Originalidade/ valor- Considera-se pertinente a realizaĆ§Ć£o de estudos comparativos
entre regiƵes vitivinĆcolas portuguesas, de modo a ter uma visĆ£o mais alargada do que as
restantes regiƵes implementam para tornar o enoturismo mais atrativo.
This investigation focuses on the potential of creative wine tourism for the development of the Vinho Verde Demarcated Region. Wine tourism has had a fundamental role in the tourism sector and in the development of wine regions in Portugal, being a segment that seeks to reach more and more visitors and new experiences. Wine tourism, in addition to being widely studied by several authors, the practices of creative wine tourism in the Vinho Verde Demarcated Region are not sufficiently investigated, so the objective of this dissertation is to deepen scientific knowledge on this subject. Objective- The general objective of this investigation is to explore the experiences of creative wine tourism that enhance the development of the Vinho Verde Demarcated Region. Methodology - The study method applied in this investigation was mixed (quantitative and qualitative), using information from the perspective of supply and demand, through the application of questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews. Results - The Vinho Verde Demarcated Region has the potential to assert itself in creative wine tourism, however there has to be a big change in the way of thinking of producers and they become professional in the wine tourism sector and, in this way, create through the products available. memorable activities and experiences for those who visit them. Limitations and implications- The present study presented some difficulties during its development. The limitations were the difficulty in finding studies referring to the theme at national level, in the interviews the lack of attendance, interest and availability on the part of the interviewees constituted a huge limitation in the study. Regarding the application of the questionnaires, there was a very low response rate compared to what was expected. Practical implications- The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the importance of creative wine tourism for the development of the wine region, in this case the Vinho Verde Demarcated Region. In-depth studies on this theme should be carried out both nationally and internationally, contributing to the scientific knowledge of this segment. Originality/value- It is considered pertinent to carry out comparative studies between Portuguese wine regions, in order to have a broader vision of what other regions implement to make wine tourism more attractive.
