O presente projeto de intervenção foi estruturado em resposta a uma necessidade apresentada pelo Gabinete Alumni e Carreira (GAC) do Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto (ISCAP, P.PORTO), no âmbito de um programa de apoio ao desenvolvimento de carreira direcionado a pré-Alumni e Alumni.
A partir do pedido do cliente, da análise teórica e de mercado, procedeu-se à estruturação e validação de um programa de desenvolvimento de competências de Capital Psicológico, com vista à aquisição de competências de autogestão de carreira e empregabilidade, direcionado a pré-Alumni e Alumni. O programa visa dotar de competências de planeamento de carreira profissional, através do desenvolvimento das competências Esperança, Autoeficácia, Resiliência e Otimismo.
A competência de Capital Psicológico (PsyCap) reflete a sua importância na autogestão de carreira pela definição de objetivos, pelo desenvolvimento de estratégias para superar desafios de forma positiva e proativa. Indivíduos com níveis mais elevados de PsyCap são mais resilientes, conseguem definir e estruturar tarefas e projetos de forma mais eficaz e desenvolvem uma atitude otimista face às adversidades.
O Programa apresentado é constituído por oito módulos, com frequência facultativa e/ou obrigatória, na modalidade blended learning. Aliada a esta metodologia, a frequência no Programa integra momentos de coaching individual, visando apoiar o participante no seu processo de aprendizagem. Cada módulo tem associado um conjunto de instrumentos de intervenção envolvidos neste âmbito.
A implementação decorreu ao longo de três momentos de validação do Programa, por meio de Focus Group e entrevistas. Ao longo deste processo, foram auscultados 14 potenciais utilizadores do Programa e seis técnicos de Gestão de Carreira. Deste processo e da consequente análise, procederam-se a (re)ajustes que culminaram na versão final apresentada neste trabalho.
This intervention project was structured in response to a need identified by the Alumni and Career Office (GAC) of the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto (ISCAP, P.PORTO), resulting in a career development support program aimed at pre-Alumni and Alumni. Based on the client's request and theoretical and market analyses, this Psychological Capital skills development program was structured and validated to acquire career self-management and employability skills for pre-Alumni and Alumni. The program aims to provide professional career-planning skills through the development of Hope, Self-efficacy, Resilience, and Optimism. The Psychological Capital (PsyCap) competency underscores its importance for career self-management by defining objectives and developing strategies to overcome challenges in a positive, proactive way. Individuals with higher levels of PsyCap are more resilient, able to define and structure tasks and projects more effectively, and develop an optimistic attitude in the face of adversity. The Program consists of eight optional and/or mandatory modules delivered in a blended learning format. In addition to this methodology, attendance at the Program includes individual coaching sessions to support the participant in their learning process. Each module is associated with a set of intervention instruments developed in this context. The implementation took place over three validation phases, using Focus Groups and interviews.
