| dc.description.abstract | Neste documento, apresenta-se o reflexo sobre o trabalho de estĆ”gio desenvolvido entre 17 de Fevereiro e 31 de Julho de 2014, nas instalaƧƵes da FĆ”brica das Estruturas MetĆ”licas da Faurecia, em SĆ£o JoĆ£o da Madeira, num Projecto Final no Ć¢mbito de ImplementaĆ§Ć£o de Ferramentas Lean. O objetivo proposto foi a participaĆ§Ć£o na procura e implementaĆ§Ć£o de soluƧƵes, com vista Ć melhoria contĆnua do sistema de produĆ§Ć£o. Foi utilizado, para esse efeito, um vasto conjunto de ferramentas entre as quais os 5S, QRCI, Standardized Work, entre outras e amplamente empregues na indĆŗstria automĆ³vel (e nesta empresa em particular), atravĆ©s do Sistema de ExcelĆŖncia Faurecia (FES), aplicado ao ramo de negĆ³cio onde estĆ” solidamente implantada esta multinacional de origem francesa. O perĆodo de tempo em que decorreu o estĆ”gio constituiu uma oportunidade Ćŗnica para o estagiĆ”rio contactar com os problemas existentes no departamento de produĆ§Ć£o, num mercado tĆ£o concorrencial e competitivo como Ć© o da indĆŗstria de componentes para automĆ³veis. O presente trabalho de estĆ”gio apresenta duas vertentes distintas: uma de carĆ”ter interno Ć empresa e outra relativa aos fornecedores e clientes. Em termos internos, foi visĆvel a batalha pela diminuiĆ§Ć£o das variabilidades que surgem no plano da produĆ§Ć£o ao absorver grande parte do esforƧo dos agentes que trabalham na otimizaĆ§Ć£o dos processos. Externamente, observou-se a dificuldade em encontrar fornecedores adequados a satisfazer os aprovisionamentos da Faurecia, em quantidade e qualidade, e um elevado grau de exigĆŖncia imposto por parte dos vĆ”rios clientes. Por fim, este Projeto possibilitou a aplicaĆ§Ć£o de conhecimentos adquiridos nĆ£o sĆ³ ao longo do curso como tambĆ©m durante a realizaĆ§Ć£o do estĆ”gio, o conhecimento da realidade industrial e o enriquecimento tĆ©cnico e pessoal. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | This document presents a reflect of the work developed between February 17th and July 31th 2014 in the Faurecia`s Automobile Seats, Lda located in SĆ£o JoĆ£o da Madeira, in a final project with the name Implementation of lean tools. The objective was to participate in the search and implementation of solutions for continuing improvement in the production system as the main goal by using a vast set of tools such as 5S, QRCI, āStandardized Workā, which were already being used in the automotive industry (particularly in this company, through the Faurecia Excellence System(FES), segment of the business where this multinational with French origins is well known. This period of time constituted a unique opportunity to establish contact with problems faced by the production department of the company in a very competitive market, as the automotive components industry. There are two kinds of realities in which we can find different types of problems: internal and external. Internally, the effort is focused on the battle of minimizing the variations which arise in the production process. Externally it is noticeable the amount of difficulty observed in finding providers capable of satisfying the demand, in the quantity and quality required by Faurecia, on the other hand, it is also noticeable the high level demand imposed by the clients. In conclusion, this Project made possible the application of the knowledge acquired during the degree, the meeting with the reality of an industrial unit and also daily enrichment in terms of technical and personal skills. | por |
