A informação referente às variáveis críticas do processo de branqueio (transformação de um tecido cru em branqueado) por pad-steam é escassa, uma vez que, é considerado um processo recente na indústria têxtil.
As telas 100% algodão finas, apresentam grandes dificuldades na uniformização do seu branqueio ao longo de diferentes lotes de produção, sendo ainda mais dificultada quando não se conhece qual a constituição do tecido em cru, proveniente do fornecedor.
Para a avaliação de quais as variáveis que influenciavam o rendimento colorístico no processo de branqueio por pad-steam na Estamparia Adalberto Pinto da Silva, as condições utilizadas foram a reintrodução do processo de desencolagem por pad-batch, lavagem e branqueio por pad-steam para telas, e as receitas químicas utilizadas.
Como resultados dessa avaliação: no ensaio 1, a variável que influencia o rendimento colorístico foi o grau de branco, já no ensaio 2, foi o pH de extração.
Ou seja, a alteração dos roteiros de produção para este tipo de tecidos 100% algodão finos e a aplicação da receita química do ensaio 2, foram os novos passos a serem tomados pela empresa, para aumentar a consistência dos resultados obtidos para todas as telas 100% algodão finas.
Neste trabalho, fez-se um controlo estatístico às caraterísticas do produto obtido, comparando cos os resultados existentes antes do estudo efetuado. Também são apresentadas sugestões de melhoria, algumas já implementadas. Depois foram comparados os resultados, tendo-se verificado uma melhoria significativa.
Information concerning the critical variables of the bleaching process (transformation of a raw fabric into bleached) by pad-steam is scarce, since it is considered a recent process in the textile industry. As 100% cotton fine fabrics, great difficulties in the standardization of its bleaching throughout different production lots, being even more difficult when it is not known for a constitution of the fabric in concurrent. For this evaluation, of which variables are influencing the color yield in the bleaching process by pad-steam at Estamparia Adalberto Pinto da Silva. The conditions that we used, was the reintroduction of the process of desizing by pad-batch, and washing and bleaching by padsteam, the other variable that we change was the chemical recipes (desizing and bleaching). As results of this evaluation: in test 1, the variable that influenced the color yield was the whiteness degree (Berger), in the test 2, it was the extraction pH. So, a change in the production itinerary for this type of 100% fine cotton s needed, and the application of the chemical used in the test 2, will be the nest step to take for the company, to improve the results consistence. In this work, a statistical control was performed on the characteristics of the product obtained, comparing results before and during the study. Suggestions for improvement, some of them already implemented, are also presented. The results were then compared, being possible to observe a significant improvement.
