Abstract(s)
no sistema bancário angolano.
liderados e consequentemente o sucesso do projeto.
influenciar a equipa e o projeto.
equipas

For this research was adopted a qualitative methodology (case study) and descriptive and interpretative incidence, whose unit of analysis is composed of three banking institutions of the Angolan financial market. The main results allowed the identification of the existence of a flexible leadership style, supported by the clarity, persuasion and communication skills identified in the project managers. The main characteristics of the same managers are the ability to allocate resources, build teams, and instill discipline, since they present a holistic view of projects and organizations. As main practices developed by the project managers, it was possible to identify a shared vision, the recognition and valorization of the contributions of the team members, the training for the action, and the capacity of motivation of the teams.
