Abstract(s)
O presente Relatório de Estágio de qualificação profissional para a docência
tem como objetivo descrever e refletir sobre a Prática de Ensino
Supervisionada, inserida no 2.º ano do Mestrado em Ensino do 1.º e 2.º Ciclo
do Ensino Básico que encerra um todo articulado de experiências e saberes. A
prática desenvolvida reflete o resultado de um percurso de formação desde a
Licenciatura em Educação Básica até ao Mestrado, num permanente exercício
crítico, reflexivo e investigativo, onde se procurou mobilizar e articular saberes
científicos, didáticos e pedagógicos. Os períodos de estágio no 1.º e 2.º ciclos
do Ensino Básico corporizaram o desenvolvimento das competências
consagradas no Decreto-Lei n.º 240/2001 de 30 de agosto.
Assim, descrevem-se e refletem-se vivências e experiências desenvolvidas
ao longo da prática educativa, que decorreram na Escola Básica e Secundária
do Cerco e na Escola E.B.1/J.I. do Falcão Escolas TEIP, onde a mestranda
aprofundou a dimensão pessoal e profissional, no saber ser e saber fazer,
articulando a teoria e a prática, com consciência tranquila de uma evolução
positiva mas certa de que existiram, por vezes, inseguranças e fragilidades,
pois mesmo o mestrando mais eloquente e portador da ciência adequada não
receia aprender com os seus próprios erros (Fernando Santos).
Pretende-se com este relatório analisar um processo de diálogo,
cooperação e investigação que permitiram a construção de regências cada vez
mais estruturadas, com maior coesão e com mais intencionalidade pedagógica,
em que o sucesso nas aprendizagens das crianças era o farol para renovar
processos e atitudes.
No final deste percurso, evidencia-se o compromisso, o rigor, o empenho e
a determinação com que a mestranda dedicou a este percurso formativo. Mais
consciente de que a construção do processo de identidade profissional exige,
constantes mudanças, como refere no título do seu relatório (Re)construí,
para continuar a construir...
This professional qualification Training Report for teaching aims to describe and reflect on the Supervised Teaching Practice, part of the 2nd year of the Masters in Education 1st and 2nd cycle of basic education terminating a whole articulated experiences and knowledge. The developed practice reflects the result of a training course from the Bachelor in Basic Education by the Master, a permanent critical, reflective and investigative exercise, where it sought to mobilize and coordinate scientific, educational and pedagogical knowledge. The training periods in the 1st and 2nd cycles of Basic Education corporizaram skills development enshrined in Decree-Law No. 240/2001 of 30 August. So are described and are reflected experiences and experiences developed throughout the educational practice, which took place in Primary and Secondary School do Cerco and EB1 / JI do Falcão Schools TEIP where the graduate student deepened the personal and professional dimension, be in the know and know-how, combining theory and practice, with a clear conscience a positive development but certain that existed sometimes insecurities and weaknesses, even for the most eloquent master's degree and bearer of adequate science is not afraid to learn from their own mistakes (Fernando Santos). It is intended with this report to analyze a process of dialogue, cooperation and research that allowed the construction of regencies increasingly structured, with greater cohesion and more pedagogical intentionality, in which success in learning of children was the beacon to renew processes and attitudes.
