Abstract(s)
O processo de implementação de um sistema de SHST de uma organização surge como ferramenta
ideal na implementação de medidas preventivas, dotando as empresas de meios de gestão dos aspetos
de segurança e higiene no trabalho de uma forma estruturada. Perante esse facto e atendendo às
necessidades verificadas na empresa, o presente projeto teve como objetivo implementar e integrar no
sistema integrado já existente o referencial NP 4397:2008 - Sistemas de Gestão da Segurança e Saúde
do Trabalho, uma adaptação da OHSAS 18001, na empresa Servirege - Consultoria e Formação
sedeada em Fafe.
O projeto serviu ainda para tratar do processo de autorização perante a ACT para prestação de serviços
de segurança e higiene no trabalho na mesma empresa.
Com base no trabalho realizado, conclui-se que o sistema de gestão da SHT foi integrado no sistema
de gestão da empresa. Com a integração deste sistema SHT espera-se obter vantagens a nível interno -
melhores condições laborais, maior controlo das responsabilidades e autoridades evitando possíveis
ocorrências que ponham em causa a competitividade da organização - e a nível externo – melhor
imagem e atração e fidelização de clientes.
The implementation process of an OHS system of an organization emerges as an ideal tool for implementing preventive measures, providing the management of media companies in the security aspects and safety at work in a structured way. Given that fact and taking into account the needs identified in the company, this project aimed to implement and integrate the integrated existing system to the NP 4397:2008 - Safety Management Systems and Health at Work, an adaptation of OHSAS 18001, the company Servirege - Consulting and Training placed in Fafe. The project also served to discuss the approval process before the ACT to provide security services and safety at work at the same company. Based on the work performed, it is concluded that the OSH management system was integrated into the company's management system. With the integration of this system SHT is expected to take advantage internally - better working conditions, greater control responsibilities and authorities avoiding possible occurrences that jeopardize the competitiveness of the organization - and externally - better image and attraction and customer loyalty.
