Abstract(s)
Este projeto foi desenvolvido no âmbito da disciplina DIPRE, integrada no segundo ano do mestrado em engenharia civil, do instituto superior de engenharia do porto (ISEP). Este trabalho tem em vista descrever o procedimento de cálculo desenvolvido pelo aluno, com recurso à consulta de diversos trabalhos já desenvolvidos na área, explicar as vantagens e desvantagens das construções que recorrem à tecnologia construtiva alvo desta tese e descrever as várias fases necessárias para passar do elemento natural até ao producto acabado, sendo este uma edificação pronta a ser utilizada. Para o processo de dimensionamento foi utilizado o programa Excel, possibilitando assim que os cálculos sejam feitos de forma organizada e sistematizada e permitindo que qualquer alteração seja feita de forma rápida e eficaz. Por ser um processo de cálculo ainda não contemplado nos Eurocódigos existem vários métodos de cálculo, muitos deles disponibilizados pelos fabricantes. No entanto, os resultados não apresentam discrepâncias consideráveis nos valores finais. A presente tese descreve ainda a construção de um hotel nas proximidades do Estádio do Dragão, situado na rua Vasques Mesquita e rua da Vigorosa onde se recorrerá ao CLT para a construção dos seus pisos elevados.
This project was developed within the scope of the DIPRE discipline, present in the second year of the master's degree in civil engineering in the field of structures of instituto superior de engenharia do porto (ISEP). This work aims to describe the calculation procedure developed by the student using several works developed in the area, explain the advantages and disadvantages of the constructions using this constructive technology and describe the various phases necessary to move from the natural element to the finished product which is the building ready to be used. For the sizing process, the Excel program was used, thus enabling calculations to be made in a practical and systematic way, allowing any necessary changes to be made quickly and effectively. As it is a calculation process not yet contemplated in Eurocodes, there are several forms it can be calculated, many of them made available by the manufacturers. However, the result does not produce considerable discrepancies in the final values. The present thesis also describes the construction of a hotel located near the Dragon's Stadium, located at Vasques Mesquita street and Vigorosa street where the CLT was used to build its raised floors.
